Agreed. May be the best, most tender, well-acted scenes on daytime. Been watching since 1979. Incredible acting by all, including Baby Ace❣️ you could kind of see how even the actors were surprised when the baby put his head on his dad’s shoulder. But they went with it and it was just perfection. And Nicholas Chavez crying blew me away. And Nikolas actor is a powerhouse as well. 😀 more more more of this please ❤
Nicholas Chavez is currently filming his movie. I think he started in December when GH normally takes a break from filming. I wonder will Spencer temporarily leave to go away with Nik and take Ace with him? Days tends to film 6 to 8 months ahead, while GH films about 5 to 6 weeks ahead (7 weeks tops, but that's pushing it). GH films scenes out of order sometimes (saw an interview with stars who actually said that). The filming of the Menendez Brothers movie that Nicholas Chavez is staring in started filming later than planned due to the strike and from what I read, they seemed to have just started filming last month. I can't remember the exact amount that was mentioned it would take to film the movie, but if memory serves me from what I read, it's some where within the 12 to 18 weeks range.
Adam is doing a great job. Playing a complex character such as Nikolas is no small feat. Such a beautiful scene between father and sons. I loved the connection.

Finally!!!!!! I'm so happy to see Nikolas and Spencer really connecting. Now with Ace in the picture I want Nikolas to be a good dad and put the screws to Esme.
Not gonna lie.... I was TOTALLY UNPREPARED for these scenes between Spencer, Nikolas, and Ace. What I (initially anticipated) as a complete & utter verbal barrage of insults & guilt- shaming; turned into something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT !!! It was surprisingly cathartic, and I honestly loved every moment shared between all 3 of them. But, especially between Spencer & Nikolas. So much so, I could feel myself tearing up as I watched. 😢 SPENCER/ NICHOLAS NIKOLAS/ADAM BRAVO.... WELL DONE !!! 👏👏👏👏

I went back and thought about how Spencer had been acting, all because he loved Nicholas and could not understand him leaving baby Ace and him. I am happy that Spencer and his dad just showed how much they both love each other. This is what they needed to do to move on. Ace saw the love and felt it between his dad and brother.
Wow, I did not see that coming. Spencer being gentle and addressing his issues with Nikolas in such a mellow and calm manner was an absolute pleasant surprise. Father and son were totally reasonable, emotional and loving towards each other. It is so obvious to me that Spencer loves and values his father, and that those feelings were genuinely reciprocated by Nikolas. It was such a lovely and beautiful father and son exchange to behold and I am enornously proud of both of them. It was such an adorable sight to see little Ace reaching out for his father and leaning his little head onto Nikolas' shoulder so naturally like it was familiar territory to him. That child instinctively seems to know that Nikolas is an important figure in his life. I am bursting with pride for Spencer that he was able to handle his issues with his father so calmly and with such maturity. Anyone who saw today's episode and can still say that Spencer has not matured is not watching the same show that I am. You can tell that Spencer is no longer obsessed with raising Ace himself, he is no longer interested in playing father to Ace, and he is absolutely ready to have his father participate and share in Ace's life. Spencer's behavior today shows that he is not only ready to begin his own future with Trina, but that he is a man who is happy, fulfilled, and extremely satisfied with his love life. He has truly made Trina his priority now. Spencer's exceptional act of love and acceptance towards his father today is proof positive of what the love of a great woman like Trina can do for a man. Looking at the situation today and Nikolas wanting to whisk both Spencer and Ace out of Port Charles, I hope Spencer will give Nikolas permission to take Ace and disappear to places unknown with him before evil Esme returned to Laura's place to pick up Ace. Oh, that would be the ultimate icing on the cake. It is obvious to me that Nikolas loves Ace at first site, and that Spencer wants him to be in Ace's life. If Spencer does not allow Nikolas to escape with Ace, maybe he can use the evidence he has locked away to help Nikolas get full custody of Ace or have Nikolas blackmail evil Esme with that evidence to prevent her from ever filing charges against Nikolas for holding her against her will, and for her to voluntarily give full custody of Ace to Nikolas. In the alternative, evil Esme can violate her probation, be tried for the crimes against Trina, cam and Joss now that she has her memories back, and in the process be found guilty of charges that will result in long term imprisonment and her losing custody to Nikolas. Whichever way the writers wants to twist it, I want Nikolas to have full custody. Maybe Nikolas can remarry Ava and they can both raise little Ace as their own. Spencer may have matured, but he is not above sticking it to evil Esme for her lying to him about having her memories back. I know Trina is ready to chew her out at the courthouse, and I do believe that Spencer will do his own chewing when she goes back to Laura's to pick up Ace; unless the writers allow Trina to travel to Laura's to meet with Spencer to let her know that Esme has her memory back, in which case they can both let her (Esme) have it big time right in front of clueless Laura. It seems to me that from what I saw today, evil Esme's days are numbered. I cannot wait for tomorrow's episode. Just a little note that I feel compelled to bring to light...when Nikolas told Spencer that he looks good, the first thing that jumped into my mind was: Princess Trina's fine loving is looking mighty good on Prince Spencer. Today's dialogue between Spencer and Nikolas was the best yet between them. Absolutely unexpected, but yet amazing. LONG LIVE SPRINA.

After today's episode, I don't feel that Spencer views him as a "threat" or else he wouldn't have let him even come NEAR Ace. I believe Spencer saw/felt something GENUINE with his Father that he never witnessed before.... and that was Nikolas being Accountable & Vulnerable. I also think that deep down Spencer is GLAD that Nikolas is there to take responsibility regarding Ace, because he's assumed that role LONG ENOUGH; and he's FINALLY in a good headspace to not cross those boundaries. @@desmawalker556 Desma, I am in full agreement with everything that you said. Spencer is not available to go with Nikolas because his priority is to Trina, the love of his life. As far as Ace, I think Spencer might have made up his mind after Esme lied to him about her memories that he actually needs to protect Ace from Esme. Part of the reason why I think that is his position is the fact that very earlier on in his conversation with Nikolas he confirmed for Nikolas who Esme's parents are and the fact that Esme was working with her father Ryan to destroy their family. Spencer is feeling the same disgust for Esme that he used to feel for her before she was given the fake amnesia. Since Spencer knows that he needs to protect Ace from Esme, he may very well let Ace go away with Nikolas. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of explanation he would give evil Esme and Laura. Unless he plots with his father for him to grab the child from daycare while Esme is at work, or he plots something with Nikolas right here and now that will not end up subjecting him to criminal liability. He could somehow set it up to say that the bell rung right after the babysitter just left, thinking it was the babysitter who had forgotten something, he opened the door without looking to see who it is and it was Nikolas. They somehow exchanged words of anger about Ace, and then Nikolas heard Ace crying via the monitor and he quickly push Spencer and ran into the direction of Ace's room and grabbed Ace. However, when Spencer tried to grab the baby back from him, he overpowered Spencer and he was knocked unconscious. In the alternative, Spencer can use the locked up evidence to help his father as I mentioned in my earlier comment. I don't know how they will do it, but Spencer will definitely let his father know why he himself cannot leave Port Charles with him and Ace. I believe Spencer will let his father know all about his love for Trina and the fact that they are planning a future together. I have no doubt that Nikolas will be thrilled that Trina is in his life and will express great happiness for his son. I believe Spencer and Nikolas will have more bonding moments before Spencer makes a decision about Ace and Nikolas. I am so happy that evil Esme's days seems to be numbered and that Spencer had his antenna up and running all along when it comes to the evil one. You know, I have read a lot of spoilers that says that Esme is panicking more and more this week. I am thinking that the panic is due to a missing Ace that Spencer willingly let go with his father. In another spoiler, it says that Spencer confessed to Laura...that could mean that Spencer tells his grandmother the truth about letting his father willingly take Ace away. I think this week's storyline promises to be very intriguing.

Spencer and his father have always had there differences, but I always love to see their bonding scenes.....that was raw and felt so real.....very emotional.....call me weird, but I love to see Spencer cry😂😂😂.....he is such a good actor, he made me want to cry with him😊.....but do you realize most of his crying scene and sad talk is with his father ......he loves his father, but can't stand him sometimes, because Nicholas always end up hurting him....why can't they just get along, but the answer is right there....they are, after all, Cassadines😂😂......what's even more amazing though, is how quickly Ace stretched his hands out for Nicholas and just lay on his chest like he knows him long time....that was too sweet😊😊

Thete is an opportunity once and for all to see if Ace is Ncholas son or not. All Rsme has to do is tell the truth. But, she won't if it will implicates her by saying her memories are back. Two things said in this scene that could be hinting at Spencer being Ace's father.....Nickolas said Ace look like Spencer......and Nickolas also said something about when he found out that Spencer was his son, he promised to love him......the 2nd hint seemed out of the way to include in this scene......but I could be wrong.

I read he caught covid at the tail end of when his contract was ending. Once he realized the contract wasn't getting renewed, I think he simply didn't do his last filming.
There's the Covid rumor, and it's also been said that he (Marcus) was constantly trying to recruit others on set to scientology, and was terminated after several warnings to stop it. Not sure if either of these have been confirmed or legitimized publicly by anyone with the show or not.

If Spencer does not allow Nikolas to escape with Ace, maybe he can use the evidence he has locked away to help Nikolas get full custody of Ace or have Nikolas blackmail evil Esme with that evidence to prevent her from ever filing charges against Nikolas for holding her against her will, and for her to voluntarily give full custody of Ace to Nikolas. In the alternative, evil Esme can violate her probation, be tried for the crimes against Trina, cam and Joss now that she has her memories back, and in the process be found guilty of charges that will result in long term imprisonment and her losing custody to Nikolas. Whichever way the writers wants to twist it, I want Nikolas to have full custody. Maybe Nikolas can remarry Ava and they can both raise little Ace as their own. Spencer may have matured, but he is not above sticking it to evil Esme for her lying to him about having her memories back. I know Trina is ready to chew her out at the courthouse, and I do believe that Spencer will do his own chewing when she goes back to Laura's to pick up Ace; unless the writers allow Trina to travel to Laura's to meet with Spencer to let her know that Esme has her memory back, in which case they can both let her (Esme) have it big time right in front of clueless Laura. It seems to me that from what I saw today, evil Esme's days are numbered. I cannot wait for tomorrow's episode.
Just a little note that I feel compelled to bring to light...when Nikolas told Spencer that he looks good, the first thing that jumped into my mind was: Princess Trina's fine loving is looking mighty good on Prince Spencer.
Today's dialogue between Spencer and Nikolas was the best yet between them. Absolutely unexpected, but yet amazing.

Although I'm pretty sure that Spencer was nicely surprised by the gesture of Nikolas stating that he wanted to flee with BOTH of his sons; WE know full well that Spencer ain't gonna go for THAT !!! 😒 Spencer is NOT about to leave his beloved Trina's side.... ESPECIALLY when he KNOWS that Esme has her memories back !!! Nikolas will be SOLO on that trip or either Ace will be with him. I also don't see Nikolas "kidnapping" Ace. If anything, I think that Spencer will willingly allow Nikolas to take him. After today's episode, I don't feel that Spencer views him as a "threat" or else he wouldn't have let him even come NEAR Ace. I believe Spencer saw/felt something GENUINE with his Father that he never witnessed before....
and that was Nikolas being Accountable & Vulnerable. I also think that deep down Spencer is GLAD that Nikolas is there to take responsibility regarding Ace, because he's assumed that role LONG ENOUGH; and he's FINALLY in a good headspace to not cross those boundaries.
I think that Spencer & Trina, at some point, will take that trip to Paris & he'll propose. I'm unsure if they'll elope or not (they've got my vote) for it. But, he will AT LEAST propose. 🤞😏💘😌
@@desmawalker556 Desma, I am in full agreement with everything that you said. Spencer is not available to go with Nikolas because his priority is to Trina, the love of his life. As far as Ace, I think Spencer might have made up his mind after Esme lied to him about her memories that he actually needs to protect Ace from Esme. Part of the reason why I think that is his position is the fact that very earlier on in his conversation with Nikolas he confirmed for Nikolas who Esme's parents are and the fact that Esme was working with her father Ryan to destroy their family. Spencer is feeling the same disgust for Esme that he used to feel for her before she was given the fake amnesia. Since Spencer knows that he needs to protect Ace from Esme, he may very well let Ace go away with Nikolas. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of explanation he would give evil Esme and Laura. Unless he plots with his father for him to grab the child from daycare while Esme is at work, or he plots something with Nikolas right here and now that will not end up subjecting him to criminal liability. He could somehow set it up to say that the bell rung right after the babysitter just left, thinking it was the babysitter who had forgotten something, he opened the door without looking to see who it is and it was Nikolas. They somehow exchanged words of anger about Ace, and then Nikolas heard Ace crying via the monitor and he quickly push Spencer and ran into the direction of Ace's room and grabbed Ace. However, when Spencer tried to grab the baby back from him, he overpowered Spencer and he was knocked unconscious. In the alternative, Spencer can use the locked up evidence to help his father as I mentioned in my earlier comment.
I don't know how they will do it, but Spencer will definitely let his father know why he himself cannot leave Port Charles with him and Ace. I believe Spencer will let his father know all about his love for Trina and the fact that they are planning a future together. I have no doubt that Nikolas will be thrilled that Trina is in his life and will express great happiness for his son. I believe Spencer and Nikolas will have more bonding moments before Spencer makes a decision about Ace and Nikolas. I am so happy that evil Esme's days seems to be numbered and that Spencer had his antenna up and running all along when it comes to the evil one.
You know, I have read a lot of spoilers that says that Esme is panicking more and more this week. I am thinking that the panic is due to a missing Ace that Spencer willingly let go with his father. In another spoiler, it says that Spencer confessed to Laura...that could mean that Spencer tells his grandmother the truth about letting his father willingly take Ace away. I think this week's storyline promises to be very intriguing.

Spencer and his father have always had there differences, but I always love to see their bonding scenes.....that was raw and felt so real.....very emotional.....call me weird, but I love to see Spencer cry😂😂😂.....he is such a good actor, he made me want to cry with him😊.....but do you realize most of his crying scene and sad talk is with his father ......he loves his father, but can't stand him sometimes, because Nicholas always end up hurting him....why can't they just get along, but the answer is right there....they are, after all, Cassadines😂😂......what's even more amazing though, is how quickly Ace stretched his hands out for Nicholas and just lay on his chest like he knows him long time....that was too sweet😊😊

I read he caught covid at the tail end of when his contract was ending. Once he realized the contract wasn't getting renewed, I think he simply didn't do his last filming.
There's the Covid rumor, and it's also been said that he (Marcus) was constantly trying to recruit others on set to scientology, and was terminated after several warnings to stop it. Not sure if either of these have been confirmed or legitimized publicly by anyone with the show or not.
