Think about all the other costs like ESL program teachers,books etc.., higher insurance premiums (health, identity theft & auto), court translators, appointed lawyers, welfare food stamps, housing/rent, adult education, day care, American citizens have a RIGHT to determine where/how our tax dollars are allocated!
