After completing my studies in Communication English from the University of Calcutta, I had expressed my sincere intention to go to Poland. My main objective was to upgrade myself in Poland and then return to India, where I would either take up a job or start a business while staying with my family. I cannot understand how such honorable individuals like yourselves failed to recognize my genuine intentions, despite me providing all the necessary information. From the very beginning, I repeatedly declared that I wanted to go for higher studies. But the decision you made doesn’t seem right to me. I only wanted to go for studies, I had no other purpose. The reason being, we have our own land and house in West Bengal, where I had intended to do business and start my new life. My only goal was higher education. How did you come to the conclusion that I would engage in something else or flee to the Schengen area? I have no idea. You have ruined my honest intention. I am mentally devastated at this moment. After a long struggle, and after gathering numerous documents, I failed to convince you. What could be more painful than this? All I can say is that I didn’t receive fair judgment. You cannot understand how difficult it is to gather all the required documents and present them on time in West Bengal. With the help of my family, I tried my best to present everything on time, but still failed to convince you that I am just a regular student. I had no hidden intentions, nor did I have any other objective. At this moment, I am in depression. I have no way left to prove myself. I have no face left to show my family. I had prepared myself for higher studies and approached you with my case, but you failed to understand my intention. After failing the first time, I submitted all the required documents for the second time, but still failed to convince you that I am just a regular student. I never requested a visa for staying, doing business, or fleeing the country. I don’t know what to do at this point. I had pleaded with you, time and again, with sincere requests for a student visa, but it seems you failed to understand my intention. Ok you will know only when your visa result comes.
Usually it’s takes 15-20 days in normal cases unless there is any complications or rejection .
