i have bn seeing your various performances on YT - however i have the following advices :-
1) ths space on stage is too less for so many artists ...they look too compressed claustrophobic - either go for bigger stage / reduce no of artists ( your call )
2) The get up i see - can be improved - by aesthetically designing the orchestra and the crooning artist and background singers .... i hv bn watching many international shows -
they design the look and space with pre planning
i am sure you are investing money -= but look and feel needs to be carefully planned
while your output alos need to improved in p-production sound mixing using btr sound engineer and dolby / THX / 5.1 or even 1.1/2.1 sound capabilities be it 16/24 track
sound clarities needs to btr - automatically the vision of the performance changes ..... provided you aesthetically plan the look and feel ...
3) you have a great team - Alok is a great singer and i love to hear him - his turn tunes and blends are so melodic - thought is your 2019 upload - pls share me with ur repl;y on recent onles so that i can enjoy your latest sound engineering vision a look and feel
we indian must invest on aesthetics ... to bring our perfpormances like international grade
3) the back screen has wording that cuts as ppl are standing - the orchestra -
so u need to design it according to the height of artist standing and the screen shud have gone up - provided u hv space ... - half ur background goes unreadable
I hope u shall take notice of my points to deliver btr sight vsion and sound
