- I am spending 3 days in the permanent a-frame camp. Last time did I make the home, this time do I make a woodshed, sawhorse and firewood + a small clearing in the forest. This is the long version.
Here is all videos from the camp • Highlights from making...

Location: Denmark - previous viking country. West coast of Jutland - sand, big sea, spruce and pine forrest. Some of the most remote in Denmark, but a lot of people in Denmark so limited how remote it can get. A lot of birds and deer. No bears only a few wolves - nothing dangerous for campers. If you want to do the same in Denmark do you need to be the owner or get the owners permission.

Great videos ...hope you make a thousand more!!!
The same.
He is the northman version of Primitive Technology and I love it as well
I love how you don’t talk and I love the editing. I watch your channel every night before bed. Makes me relaxed and at peace. 👍🏻❤️👌🏻
Exactly the same thing.
Same i am in the bed and calming m'y spirit with Bertram peacefull vidéo and its so Green Up There .. . have a Nice sleep 🤗
You’ve just described me
I am agree with you!!!
To think the world was once full of men such as this. Men who mastered such simple tools to create wonderful things. I feel so inadequate. Love this channel.
This brings back memories when I was a young boy. Me and my best friend would camp every weekend by a fire and we would sleep on the ground with no tent or cover. We just loved the peace and quiet of the woods. Thanks for creating these videos.
No voice. Love this. Very much enjoyed watching this, thanks for the videos.
every time I watch one of this man's videos. he always has a smile on his face. tell me he is not enjoying it??.
oh and no need to hear his voice. love the sound of wood burning, birds flying, and the natural sound of being alone.
nice video friend!!!!
And the sound when hé knock on wood .....😁
The best "Non-Vocal" Bushcrafter!
His skills do the talking!!
Legend has it he's still out there not speaking a word
I certainly dont miss the wanna be bushcrafter idiots doing beer reviews.
silence is golden.
@@lindaclark5911 Ssshhhh!
The sawhorse, and the way you carried that moss, were absolutely fantastic! You're full of ideas and creativity man. I'm sure even seasoned bushcrafters with 20+ years of experience can learn a lot from you. What a legend...
I find it interesting that I make sure to watch your videos on with sound to get the entire feel and story of what is going on.....and other bush craft channels I mute to avoid the talking. Something to be said for peaceful instruction. Thanks!
@ yep....i watch both of those! I also think McQ Bushcraft is excellent as well
My Self Reliance is a great one, also Canadian. Built a beautiful log cabin.
The lack of music and talking makes it great. Able to keep focus on the art
Pure peace and serenity if i had a choice to live my life a certain way it would be like your videos it looks like heaven to me
You make it look all so easy. I was raised with a wood stove and no plumbing . Lol I hated an axe dad would have us swinging until we were blue in the face . Only later in life did i learn to respect it and what i learned . This very day I still burn wood fish and hunt for a lot of our food. You do a beautiful job with this bushcraft young man I enjoy watching never to old to learn
I really like the contrast at the end of day two. A peaceful man enjoying the serenity of the wilderness, with a modern town illuminated in the far distance.
Лес сказочный ,как в фильмах ужасах👍👍👍

his hair screams "skyrim belongs to the nords" to me.
love this channel.
The man-bun screams "soccer mom"
Lol
and i am the Dragonborn!
Pat Garvey #^$^#&$&^5
He used to be and adventurer like you...but then he took and arrow to the....you know where.
Rune, You have heard it before ...You are doing the best bushcraft channel right now! 👍🏻💪🏻
...and my wife loves Masterchef style of TV, I'm trying to tell her that i also are looking att a masterchef-dude in the woods. 😂🤠
This is relaxing ... really appreciate it. I know we humans were meant to be at one with nature.
True!
I watch a lot of bushcraft channels, but this guy is like true bush craft. I like his style.
True Viking craftmanship and survival skill is with you! Fun and useful .
The real of Tarzan..!!
Loyal fans from Indonesia🙏🙏
Again, I really enjoyed this video, like I have all that I've seen so far. Where you live is so very much different from where I live ( in the heart of the Appalachian mountains United States) that how you do some of the things would not work here, but with that being said, I learn a lot from you everytime I watch one of your videos. But the main reason for watching is the peacefulness and the simplicity, very relaxing.
I've been watching your videos for quite a while now. Many times just getting lost in the scenery. Then I realized something...
Peaceful. You're at peace with everything you do. Just seeing you sitting, staring into the fire makes me crave to be there as well. No words said, just living in the moment. Surrounded by the Supreme of nature.
This is what us Bushcrafters chase, that pure serenity. Bravo brother, bravo.
Silence is golden - your videos are so intriguing. Your skills are top notch sir - very well done!!!!
Very relaxing to watch the unhurried pace you work at. Stuff gets done without rushing. You could hustle it up a bit but then you'd be left with nothing to do! This pace saves energy and reduces errors. Many years ago when I used to spend time in the outdoors I relished the transition from city pace to wilderness pace.
I just play these videos for the ambience, like the noises
Very cool. I love videos like this where there's no talking. Just someone in nature enjoying themselves.
Can I say that watching your videos is so therapeutic to me? anyone else? I mean this boils down to the most primitive yet most fulfilling activities a human could simply enjoy. On top of all, your videos are really well made, well shot, well edited and even more the fact that you keep it quiet, makes it mystical and pure. This channel is fucking Magic to me. Thanks! Permament subscriber here!
I have never watched a more succinct precise man before . you do not waste a movement , a real pleasure thank you.
im writing finals tomorrow and this is just relieving so much anxiety, thanks man
Relax like this guy, you will do great. Good luck.
@@mikethatguy2103 it was actually pretty okay :)
look how happy he is . 🥰
it's difficult to live in uncivilized forest but damn, you make it easy.
You have over a half million friends sitting around the campfire with you at all times!
Thank you.😎✌🏼
I love watching u making ur own Tools... so great technic and ideas.
It's scrazy how much different the earth is there compared to where I live. Seems really sandy and soft.
I look at this and I see how my great great great ancestors lived in the wooded low lands of Scotland. I'm just amazed, I wish I was young enough to do this. I admire you and your abilities. May you never forget these days you have, for they are the best.
This in my opinion is the best channel on YT.
Watching your videos is one of the most relaxing things ever !!! Total peace in the hands of the Earth Mother !!!
Love it. I’m from the Louisiana bayous and grew up wild in the forest 🌳 too. My parents were both in the military so if I was on tour in whatever country they were in no matter what every summer they’d fly me home to the bayou. It was and still is my sanctuary. There’s a video of it on my channel. I love the quiet peaceful place of nature. Your videos are a blessing. 👍🏾 you’ve inspired me to make new videos with my son.
Every day on the woods, almost every day same jumper. We love you jumper man
You always look so happy in your videos. I love your energy, keep it up!
I used to go out there with my family when i was a wee little one...now, i live in the usa & rough it in an rv...lol
but I do miss it. My mum & pappy used to teach us all that for survival & just plain family camping.
I was born in Copenhagen but lived in Skagen. My pappy was USAF.
I'm glad to see some of your blacksmith projects made it to bushcraft camp! That chicken looked good all 3 times! 😉👍🏻
Hi Chris
From Russia with love!!!...Zenit Champion!!!✌

Being free is beautiful
the tools, the terrain, the ambiance
This is REAL LIVING. Love the start of DAY 2. Thanks for the very relaxing video.
Gordon ramsay just comes through the bushes...
Beautifully done
ive went witout intenet for a month and a half. One would think id come back raging. no...this dude videos are so theraputic and rewarding. just by the sheer sound of it. do u hear it? Fucking thank you man. Some of us see different.
Excellent Channel. It's like the Iron age equivalent to the "Primitive Technology" Channel.
What a magical little sanctuary
If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll have that limb sawhorse of yours as the bumper logo. = )
I would call this a semi-temporary shelter built over a weekend, but I greatly admire your ingenious tool- and woodworking skills. It's really refreshing to watch someone go medieval in the bush for once. I love going primitive, but the comforts that modern tools can provide is tempting at times. Great video mate!
I find it very relaxing watching your channel.... There's no "extras" like talking and product placement.... Very enjoyable!!
The forest floor is like carpet. Where I live, it is drier and crunchier.
Your a genius of the wild Bertram !
I admire your work, it is of an extraordinary nobility
and please, if I make an error, I speak Spanish and use a translation program. a hug for you
Como eres professor?
This is the real deal. HobbitCore. I learned more watching this video than a dozen other bushcraft videos. I love the aesthetic of bringing the metal parts of the tools and fabricating the handles on site. Steel Age Man in tune with nature. Beautiful and intelligent filmmaking.
You have beautiful life
Grab your ass and go outside, try it for yourself and you will have IT too :) Just do IT. No need for fancy equipment , fancy clothes, hi tech gear. Go out and enjoy nature. I've done IT so you can too :)

Using a Y branch to help cut wood...why didn't I think of that! :D
DwayneTheBushcrafter hi
Add my Skype. Merryjoy15
Glad im not the only one who haven't thought of it.. I always end up on my knees sawing the logs, like a real peasent haha
Y-branches tend to give me lots of wood...but that's another kind of Y-branch.
U see every body can be true himself for minutes or seconds n u were realy yorself in this comment👉🌱
PERMANENCE RESISTENCE AND COGNOSCENCE IS SUBSISTENCE INCREDIBLE😊😊😊

this camp is better than my home lol
waaay better than mine as well. it's insane to me how people tell me that i should "enjoy" having a fridge and a hoover and a freaking washing machine - i hate those noisy, smelly f*ckers! i'd much rather have birds and squirrels and even ants around, no hard walls between them and me, just sharing and putting a teeny tiny bit more effort into storing and cleaning my stuff ;-D
In case you need some Stress reliever Guys Watch his Videos.
Btw.. I like The Peace You put In My Heart.❣️
Magnifique super relaxant continue . Chaque vidéo est un régal pour moi !!!
ohhhh Bon appetit , looks so great ))
This is my idea of “being wealthy”.✌🏼

Then you definitely have the right idea!!! Peace
That's a great mindset to have.
Watching you is a pleasure as it's good to see a master at work

I love everything about your videos, the thing I like the most is the scenery, those woods are beautiful
your videos are awesome, they help me to sleep and make me imagine that i am like a viking living in a snow forest in peace
Gorgeous shots and beautiful camp! Keep up the impeccable work, Rune!
I'm a woodsman, but not as skilled as you. I wish I had some land. My mother was born in Norway. It reminds me of Norseman- the forest and their skills. A quiet happy confidence and every move with thought and respect of the environment.
Hello Rune! Thank u for sharing ur skills!
Que buen remedio para todos! Naturaleza pura! Muy buenos videos! Saludos desde Argentina!
Feesl like I'm watching an episode of Vikings 😁
Nice carpentry skills!!

I really wanna do this ...really love it alot. ..it just enough to see then i realise that ya I did it☺
The best non vocal busharawfter
I love the old tools :)
As someone that enjoys the hobby of photography I'm obsessed with your videos. The shot framing, color grading, use of shallow DOG are all pro level. Add to that your skills and the welcome reprieve from chatter make this one of the best channels on the Tube.
Who the heck could possibly dislike this.. What is wrong with people? Lol
Alot of people just have hate in there heart

El tipo es genial, no tiene para que hablar ni explicar nada ,,,,,,,exelente video.
