    KOH is used to absorb co2. It is a compound which absorbs co2 from the surrounding environment .KOH is potassium hydroxide .

      It will kill the cells in the leaf which will stop any chemical reactions happening in the cell. You probably did that question of rheo leaves. It is like that only 😊

      Transportation of plant occurs for transporting water and minerals as well as food to various parts of plant
      ( water and minerals ) [ascent of sap] are transported by xylem [this process take take by mainly two ways they are] :-
      - root pressure : due to high concentration of ions in root water enters root by osmosis
      - transpirational pull : during transpiration a suctional pull is created called transpiration pull by this pull , the water in lower parts of plant body move to aerial parts
      (Food ) are transported by phloem :-
      - This process is called translocation
      - by this process , food moves from aerial parts of plant to different parts of plant body
