    The cameras seem to be doing a good job, most people when called out for it comply pretty quickly. Maybe also put up big signs telling people they are being recorded, that will probably stop most from even trying in the first place. In the store they sell their youtube channel merch and has it's own place in the store promoting their channel. Basically a big sign in a way saying we do record you and put you on youtube. Too much work for a little money. Gas station owners make tonnes of money by ripping off customers. The average profit is more than 50%. From 20% to 30% profit on tobacco and alcohol products to sometimes 500% on phone accessories and vapes.

      The voice is from a remote security company, watching the cameras from overseas so they can see when something is stolen and make the staff aware/embarrass the thieves into returning what they stole. Usually being caught is enough (so it’s at least somewhat effective and much cheaper than irl security) and the gas station staff are never required to get physically involved.

    They should just put everything behind plexiglass or similar and in order to reach it you need to use your card to access it, OR if you carry cash you can buy the "voucher" for the item(s) you want and use that AFTER you have paid for it. Similar in nature to how vending machines work you select what you want and the quantity of that item then you pay for it and it will be made available to you.
    Theft = 0.
    You will only get what you actually paid for. There won't be any opportunity to smash it into your pocket or down your pant leg. Problem solved.
    Those items in the cooler? RFID solves that. You have all those doors locked and they can only be accessed once you pay for a product and then that product scans through the RFID and if anything MORE than that item was brought across the scanner the alarm goes off. This problem is so easy to solve when you think about it. We live in a tech/digital age and we have access to all kinds of measures, but few will take the time to implement them.
    It wouldn't even be cost prohibitive. When you figure out how much loss your store has annually versus how much it would cost you to outfit your store...the system(s) would pay for themselves after the first couple years easy. And with less theft and loss, they could actually lower their outrageous prices to discourage theft even further.

Their child-rearing practices and skills mixed with their unparalleled work ethic are second to none. Their rational and logical thought toward circumstances coupled with their innate capability to de-escalate situations is to be envied and coveted. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African-Americans in an area due to the caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self-improvement, hard work, and self-reliant nature.
