CORRECTION! It definitely was! Where were you on Jan.6, 2021? Trump lied to his followers! He planned never to concede, even before the election was held! He lied to all of his gullible supporters! The presidential election was as fair as it was humanly possible to be! That was proven over and over and over in court! Many of the judges making the rulings had been appointed by Trump!
Oh, and the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that it was! Trump chose not to show up for the trial! The US Supreme Court actually overstepped their authority when they ruled against Colorado, by the way!

This is the most disgusting lack of justice ever. On one hand you have a former president with the LEGAL right to possess ALL of the securely held documents that only HE could declassify. On the other you have a lifelong pattern of illegally taking classified documents with the full knowledge that they ARE classified and should NEVER have been taken by either a Senator or V.P. who has NO LEGAL RIGHT to possess or declassify them but doubly damning is to have them spread out over several UNSECURED locations. EVERY SINGLE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT the current W.H occupier had represents a FELONY.

It can not leave there, or at least is not suppose to happen according to the laws/ constitution. But then Biden could never really retain much info in his head! Gov., no matter how it's spun Mr. Hur exonerated the bumbling old fool. Knowing an individual is guilty of a crime stemming form years ago to the present and choosing not to prosecute is an act of exoneration. The double standard in these cases involving documents is odious in the extreme. The judge in Trumps documents case, using Mr. Hur's president, should dismiss all charges against Trump and excoriate the prosecution for wasting valuable court time and resources.
