Love your extra detail you've added with the wiring looms, engine bay bits and pieces. I think you are a bit hard on yourself saying you are a mediocre builder; you're a lot better than that. I've only started building in the last 2 years and a long way to go but learning from guys like you, so thanks for showing the way to us newbies. I have this kit in my stash and will be following your build when I get to make it. Is there enough carbon fibre decal in the detail kit to do the floor or did you have to use extra? Thanks very much for your comments 🙂. I used the carbon decals that were supposed to go onto the rear wing ,because it seemed to be wasted being covered over with the red Audi decal. Also I have another same kit but I'm putting on another livery decal set on that. No matter how long someone's been building models, we are always learning. As long as you enjoy 😉
