Working in an ob/gyn office for many years. It's obvious that the baby is not ready to be born.My personal opinion let that baby grow!You don't want to be selfish and set your son up for unknown future medical problems. I too was an Induction of convenience because the ob was going on vacation. I am the only one of 6 children with lung issues, milk allergies, and chronic cough etc.If your baby needs a couple of more weeks to be medically well.What is that compared to your and his whole lifetime????
Both my pregnancy were super fast, my first son I was in labor for 7 hours. With my second.. I got 1 membrane swipe and went about my day cuz it didn't work with my first. Well my labor lasted an hour and a half and I gave birth in my bathroom 😂 I waited too long to call my mom to come watch my son and she was an hour away from me, she caught my second son as he was born 🥰

I got two membrane sweeps at 39 weeks and nothing happened. I was so upset my back hurt my body hurt I just wanted to have my baby. I ended up being a week and a half overdue. Smh
And my daughter came out with the cord tied super tight around her neck. She was not breathing when she came out. I took a little bit for them to get her breathing. It was literally the scariest thing I have ever had to deal with.
I started having mild contractions with my second around 10pm … got intense around 4am went to the hospital at 5:30 and she was born by 10 😂 it was super easy and fast
I can so relate to the Celsius drinks for after birth because my husband and I bought two cases of peach red bull for me to have after I give birth to our second in a month or so 😂 so ready to indulge in the little things again.
What’s that stick thing that you use on the top of your hair do you recommend a shampoo conditioner that you use that makes your hair soft. I just switch to the one at Sally’s the ions But if you have a better shampoo and conditioner that you recommend

My dr told me that my son was measuring big and kept encouraging me to be induced I kept saying no and at 39 weeks I went into labor on my own and my son was exactly 5lbs. The o my thing my dr said the next day when he checked in was “oops guess he wasn’t that big huh” 😏
I’m surprised they didn’t admit you into the hospital at 5c. I drove myself to the hospital at 8c with my last one. He’ll be here very soon. Prayers for a smooth labor and I can’t wait to see Evs reaction ❤️

I don't know how the species ever survived. I had 2 live natural births. I never had a sonogram, I've never heard of a membrane sweep. Oh and epidural. Didn't have those either. My first child was born within three hours of hospital arrival. My second one in less than one hour. And I was a teen Mom.
imagine getting knocked up at 17 and not going to college, losing your friends, your life, and having your parents pay for it all. praying the baby doesn't make it 🙏
Prayers sent for quick labor. Every time I had a new baby the hard labor got less time. You will do a great job so don't worry. Hugs for you all
