I've watched many of your reviews over the last couple of years and have just now realized "song for isabelle" is yours (a favorite for a long time)... excellent work as always. thank you
Finally..been awaiting for this like a month now..wish the review was like an hour. But it was honest and im liking my Pro more after this. That sound and effects are so buzzing. Not much synths sound this great for that price. Thank you Stimming for another great explaination...
@@femto859 not really. I guess the modmatrix and menu diving is a bit of a search..but once you get that handled it is really versatile...the reeverb is really great but i think the delay is a bit simple. Still i say one of the best mono synths out there...i.m.o.

sounds great! the buttons and colour scheme look like it's a mid to late 2000s thing. like a vst that got made into a piece of robust hardware instead of the other way around
Thanks for the review. It's a pity that you have a (not comprehensible) time limit and don't just make the reviewas long as it takes. I find the synthesizer aesthetically pleasing, but many find it ugly. The sound is really top and the price is fair. In my opinion, the touchplate keyboard is not that bad, enough for playing around with sounds. For more, just use a midi controller =). Better than no keyboard at all, after all, it is the desktop version. What I find really bad are the micro USB ports and the software. You are forced to register it @IKM Product Manager to use the editor, get updates, etc.. There have also been massive problems with firmware upgrades for several people, according to some forums. What I really appreciate is that IKM is taking a new approach and not cloning some classic. You can also hear that in the sound, you can say that it sounds independent. Overall, I think it's a great device for the price.
I just came home with this. Plugged the usb cable into my laptop. Noisy tic tic tic sound came out of my speakers. the red lights under the 1234 knobs come on. The display screen doesn't show anything. No sound.
Somehow our reactions here got killed (probably because of URL's). But anyway, again a great review by herr @Stimming_official. The reason this thing sounds so good is probably because one of the designers of the Alesis Andromeda team was involved: Erik Norlander. So makes us wonder how a real poly from them would sound...
Dude! In the first 10 seconds I knew u were the master! Lol great vids, love ur accent (is that pc to say that? Oh well I don't fkn care) ur great! Nice work.
Also Produktregistrierung, Software, etc.
That thing sounds really nice! Idea: Instead of companies reinventing keyboards, why not just assume everyone has a MIDI keyboard that we could plug into a keyboardless machine and that way they can invest the effort of creating a new keyboard into just adding more features into the instrument or lower the price.

It reminds me of a very low end Akai sample player. Like they went to the same manufacturer. People swear by this device though. Sound over physical design.
hold doesnt work because seq is on!
9:58 - do you wear glasses?
Great video! Many thanks for your perspective on this synth!
Always a pleasure to watch and hear Stimming.
Im just loving this dude caz he makes me roll! Most utube synth guys are too serious fr.
Stimming is a treasure. He seems like such an interesting and unique guy, the way he talks in sing-songy tones and flourishes.

i realized that even if stimming reviews a beach slipper, i would watch it 😅
Bought this for £181 bargin! Brilliant little synth, with great sequencer.
That's very cheap where you find for that
Wow this sounds amazing and it's super affordable I want one!!
semi senseful, what kind of word was that? brilliant! i'll watch anything stimming does
Guys please buy Stimming some new synths we need more of these.
You have to extend the days for him as he is a very busy man

Great review!
Finally blessed with another Stimming video
I could watch this guy review a bag of jam.
Haha, right!
Nice overview!
I love this man ❤ best review ever!
i was expecting trash but it's actually pretty ok for the price!
More reviews coming soon?

what IEM's is Stimming using ? thanks
It would be great if we get an Novation Peak Episode with Stimming!!!
i would love it

Very underrated analog paraphonic synth. The big version is definitely better for playing. Thanks for the vid :)
The keyboard version was around 700€ when launched. It's 400 or so at Thomann these days, a real bargain in my opinion

It has 16 matrix or 16 possible sources and destination?

Name of microphone?
is Stimming still making content? It has been a long time
We are all to busy with other things right now
I think there are ways to get rid of the noise entirely, but it takes some experimentation
izotope rx always helps :)

Cool
This little fella sounds beefy as f..k. I might get one.

Modal touch keyboard is what you meant
correct, thanks
Modal synthesizers is what he was referring to btw 😂😂
Oi, no swearing, stimming!
Sounds warm or nasty , useful semi ,like it
Fairly underrated synth, imo. I'm sure that its predecessor and some fw-issues have caused some of the bad reputation.

Great deal for this money

You’re think of the DESKTOP version. they’re both pro
The keyboard version is around 400€ at Thomann nowadays.. Is just a steal for what you get. Gonna grab one quickly
weird...just got one haven't even tried it yet
Doesn't look like a fun experience haha.
I´m glad Martin´s cheeks are still tight.
wtf

this seemed pretty cool until I saw the price. also the audio input is mono only .

And? The most cheaper analog synth with such big possibilities for that price
@noise2signal black for 180?
@noise2signal xD - any cons about it?
What? It's ridiculously cheap.
Maybe it would help if you read a manual or watch a tutorial video on RUclips 🤔
Martin - ugly duck synths are NOT FUNNY !!! Give them some credit - they probably tried hard to make it look fancy... design-unfall halt :)
ist eigentlich ein typischer IK-Multimedia-Hardware look. Mir gefällt's.

It’s meh

When is the Perkons HD01 Review :D Only stimming can do it justice!
Do Erica Synths Perkons HD01 Pls pls pls. I could die happy then lols
Review is great, synth is ugly at 😂
Well, there is the uno synth pro if you'd want this synth with a real keyboard. But menu diving and the rubber buttobs are the same.
