Is this really possible with no personal funds and fully financed? Nyc is very expensive, competitive and filled with legal traps. Really wish I could purchase an assisted living as I worked with seniors yrs ago.
We recommend 300-500 sq ft per person. Some rooms can be shared but most are private. A 5,000 sq ft house is plenty of room for 10- most want to spend their time in the communal areas, too! 💙

How many bedroom do you need ? Are you putting 2 residents in one room?
For 10 residents, we’d recommend 7-10 bedrooms. Most want private beds and baths, but some will share with a spouse, sibling or friend.
Is two story house ok for seniors living?
It’s a possibility- if you can add a chair lift or elevator, ramps, etc. We typically recommend ranch style if possible! 🙌🏼
