I don't understand, how are people maxing out these rr characters so fast? If they aren't spending a shitload of money to do so, I'm the queen of england. lol.
A lot of my rare recruits aren't special maxed right away. But, they are also giving skill books for recent sugo batches much faster now.
I pulled V2 Shanks and under Whitebeard and Marco he makes this a joke
