You have to do motion first then diagonal forward, not sure if you have heard tiger kneee? Like in mvc2 with cable super with super jump but in street fighter is just the motion and before you press KK, jump then press KK so the EX tatsu mid air will come out 😁 Le me know if it doesn't work so I can do a short clip
