You may want to invest in a dehumidifier…The humidity can be a beast…And it looks like you are compressing the mix against the scoop when you press it and it clings onto the scoop…
You both have come so far I’ve enjoyed watching you’re journey for the past three years. Always love your content and super proud of you. Love these bubble baths
Jerika……this video was so much “summer fun”……from fresh cut flowers …….you were able to catch the essence of midsummer with children laughing having fun in the sun with water……You are a GREAT Auntie always thinking of the children…and the Unk ain’t too shabby himself……The Bubble Scoops are my Favorites……the coloring…..how fun……does the smell come through as relaxing?…..this product sells itself…
I had issues with a scooper also. My first batch of bubble scoops actually broke my scoop because it was too thick. When I altered the recipe a little bit to make it a little more moist, it worked so much better
I hope you set up booths at the Tacoma Dome Holiday Food & Gift Festival (typically held in late October) and A Victorian Country Christmas Festival at the WA State Fair grounds in Puyallup (typically held in late November). I would love to check out and buy some of your products in person! Welcome to WA! I hope you love it here!
I love star jasmine cornstarch is in the baking isle and they usually put it on the very top shelf for what ever reason. Cover your mixed up part with a damp paper towel
I really enjoy your videos. You explain things so well. Maybe try adding pumps to your gallon jugs and small bottles for exact distribution. Plus it saves lifting heaving bottles all the time. That grows old after awhile. Just a thought given in ❤️. Thanks again for sharing.
Try using a miture of lakes and micas. That way you wont need to use alot of micas thus leaving less of a ring. Dont get me wrong, I love using dyes but Im finding that they fade a bit in these.
Yes, the bubble scooper can be a pain in the rear. I find that if I use little cooking spray on a paper towel then wipe the scoop it works much better. I like dyes and lakes ok, but I prefer mica's because they don't fade as fast. 💛💛💛
Mrs Soap and clay did some bath bomb experiments and I know it sounds super counter productive but she added like a tablespoon of water to her bath bomb recipe and even in high humidity her bath bombs came out perfect. I don't know enough to help you tweak your recipe but I would suggest watching it. Since moving here, there may be a way to give you more leeway with your humidity problem.
During this time that you show us new recipes and try stuff, do you still do your regular production for your website? How many recipes do you make in a week? Thank you.
I currently am doing 4 but May ramp it up to 8 as I get a lot of ideas and I’m always wanting to make stuff! I am currently not producing for my business while I’m in the states, only sending out gifts to my golden bubble Patreon tier monthly.
Omg I wish I could swim in fresh water!! You’re living the life girl!! Since being in the US do you notice a difference in the food quality compared to Canada? I live in Oklahoma so I know the food in Washington may taste better than here lol
@@JerikaZimmerman yes they make fragrances for candles and soaps. They only have like eighteen or so fragrances but Calle 23 is my favorite of what I have tried.
When I actually ship the gift varies, but I make a note whose signed up for the month and then send a gift to them for the month they’ve signed up. If you sign up now, for example, you’ll get the gift a little into August.
@@GiuliaBaldo-Duncanno, you get a gift each month! Jerika was saying if you sign up in July you’ll get the gift in August (first gift). You’ll get one for every month you’re signed up thereafter! Sorry for the confusion 😊
I think you are wonderful! These bubble bath scoops are so adorable! But I can’t afford to join everyone’s patreon that I watch! I wish you’d just sell your recipes in your shop! Then I could pick what I want and not have to join someone’s membership! I understand you want and should get paid for what you create! Thank you
I make bubble scoops as one of my products. I noticed that some of your batter was folding back over the outside of your scoop. That probably is why they're not releasing easily. It could be your scoop too. It is definitely meant to be wet feeling. I have a fabulous recipe. If you're interested, message me and I will share. They look amazing.
Those turned out so very cute! And your new home is lovely! Welcome to Washington…I live in Washington at the Idaho state line. Oh, and I love your Bassett♥️
Corn starch is regularly found in baking supply aisle. Close to flour - normally on top shelf.
Thank you!!!
Bubble scoops are so fun to make!

They looked amazing and all those bubbles from just that tiny piece.WOW.🥰🇬🇧🐾
To keep batches from drying out while you work on other batches, you can press some cling wrap around it in the bowl
You both have come so far I’ve enjoyed watching you’re journey for the past three years. Always love your content and super proud of you. Love these bubble baths
I Love how the Peach Bath Scoops came out!
Omg, you're voice is so calming. I could listen for hours! 💞
Wow, thank you! 😊
I will watch Jerika’s videos over and over in the background because of her calm voice, helps me destress ❤

Yes!!! Summer at this home is so wonderful. And the scent is very relaxing and lovely ❤😊
You are such an inspiration! Love your videos!! I found that running the fragrance down a metal straw really helps to avoid spills 😊
I had troubles with the scoop too. Quit using the scoop and now I make them with the bath bomb press heart mold. 😊
That is the most spectacular back yard 😮❤
Love these!!! Put a light dusting of cornstarch in the scoop and clean off the edges. ❤
Great tip! I’ll try this next time my scoops get sticky 😊
I can not wait for you to open up your store again. The bubble scoops are so cute.
Me too!!! I’m so so excited 😊
Love the colors
Me too!
Oh and seeing you in a sun dress during the day gave me the inspiration to do the same for my husband 💕
Love that! Sundresses are so fun 🤩
I had issues with a scooper also. My first batch of bubble scoops actually broke my scoop because it was too thick. When I altered the recipe a little bit to make it a little more moist, it worked so much better
Those bubble scoops are perfect!
The peach scoops reminded me of making homemade peach ice cream one summer with my grandma. :) Love it!
yes its in the bakery part with cakes icing sugar stuff like that
Love your place! Jerika, when I used to make bubble scoops, I always slammed it down on the wax paper. Like tapping a bath bomb mold.
Ahhh I will have to try this next time!

Everything is coming together very nicely.
Agreed!
Hi! Loved the video!
You need the ice cream scoop with the thumb release. I’ve tried using both and the one you’re using was terrible for me.
Thanks for the tips! Yes yes yes thank you for confirming that the tool was a part of the issue! 😅
So Happy for you both. Love WATCHING your VIDEOS and getting to know you on a PERSONAL level.

This is a great tip! And I’m obsessed with jasmine! I’m so glad the previous owners of my house planted this jasmine bush ❤
Great video, as always, and so relaxing ❤
Lovely!
Thank you!
cornstarch is usually in the baking isle! near the baking soda :)
Good to know!!! 😊
You’ll find cornstarch in the baking aisle😊thank you so much for your videos, you are amazing and such an inspiration 🥰
Your bubble scoops turned out beautiful! I wonder…how would you package these for shipping? 🤔
I have made these before. More successfully than bath bombs to be honest. The colours in yours are gorgeous 😍

You can get bulk size corn starch at a great price at Sams club, baking isle. Also great price on 15lb bag baking soda
Jerika, love your new home. Before you moved one of your last videos you used your Munbyn to make labels, would you do a tutorial on that please.
Look out for that in the next video 😊

What an absolutely beautiful home! Congrats! 🎉❤

If you love peaches have you tried Calle 23 from 1617? It smells amazing peach rum and patchouli.

I want to eat the bubble scoops 😅
I found that if I packed the scoop to tightly it was harder to get out of the scoop. Try a medium pack next time.

They take about 4 days to harden. I usually package mine after 4 or 5 days. Thanks for the tip with using lakes and dyes instead of mica.
Yeah! I notice so many people using mica and I wanted to try the dye route. Much more vibrant and no ring left in the tub!
And feel free to share your recipe 😊
