I think it's just because of the camera movements and how physics-based it is. Would probably be very motion sickness-inducing in VR because of your character moving vs. your real self standing still-ish.
@skullha66 I was thinking the opposite. Instead of games with walking this actually has slow turning and is on rails, not much different than being in a vehicle. More like a ets or elite where you sit in a vehicle that limits your Movements.

I tested this by running the name HoBorvat for a couple days and it's true, like 70 to 90% of the player base is NL viewers
