The show was basically a survival show where 100 trainees, including the members of nex7, trained, preformed, etc. and the public would vote for their favorite. In the end the most popular 9 trainees debuted as nine percent, and Justin, FCC, and zhengting were part of that. Nine percent was a group for 1 and a half years before they disbanded in October of 2019. You can watch the show on the iQiyi app, but you have to get VIP. I think Justin and Zhengting were also on a similar version of the show in Korea but they didn’t make it as far in that one.
Justin, Zhengting, and Wenjun were also on a show called Fantasy Restaurant where them and a few other idol producer boys would try and run a restaurant in Australia I think.
