Sorry for the late response, I used 2 armor stands for that, one will be teleported to my side with ^5^^ command while the other one is constantly teleported in my position facing the armor stand on my side, doing this will remove the up and down reply if you want to ask more!
I tried to recreate this but it just doesn't work. I made the particle wings and it works, the problem is I can't put it behind me T-----T how do you make it so it looks like it's behind you and it's rotating from side to side and not up and down?

No, because then we need colored flame particle, but in minecraft bedrock colored one is black. Only in Java you can color it.
