Muritu has improved yes but based on what I have seen on this show and previously, he has some things to learning, he still has childlike behaviors like to do with food (meat). He also speaks out of turn, maybe the counselors can teach him boundaries. Just an opinion based on my observation.
That's why the counselor said he needs to stay a little longer in the facility, but you must agree that he has greatly improved. One day at a time. He was too far gone.
