Unpacked this yesterday, and within three hours, we too entered the interminable clean milk pipe work death loop. I’m trying what you guys have suggested, with no luck yet.
I may just return it and look elsewhere. At almost USD 3K, I should be able to get coffee when I want! But I’ll try a bit longer
We're so sorry to hear about the frustrating issues you are experiencing with your Miele coffee machine, Timothy.
If you could please send us a private message with your full name, phone number and email address, we'll ask someone from our service team to reach out directly to assist you.
Thank you very much.
@@MieleUSA Having invoked the demons of dissatisfaction, we have resolved the issue and I’m enjoying the coffee. I did the routine described by Sharkbait and it worked.
That said, there should be NO need for customer chat like this. Between cups of coffee, I’m a physician, and we are expected to get it right 100 percent of the time. I encourage your engineering department to work on these bugs.Thank you for checking back
We are so glad to hear your coffee machine is up and running! We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to our team.
I've done this and my milk froth is not strong. By the time I clean the machine and sit down to drink it, the foam has disappeared. What else can I do?
Where do you place degrease tablets. Miele does not include this BASIC information in the owner's manual believe it or not?
Hi Parker,
For detailed instructions on degreasing your unit, please refer to page 44 of the manual available here: media.miele.com/downloads/9e/fb/03_C7F1282860141EEF8DA395C920FB9EFB.pdf. On page 46, you'll find a picture illustrating the exact placement of your Miele cleaning tablet.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Only in manual procedure it is mentioned that you have to put only 300ml, otherwise it does not stop cleaning and gets back to start point
Good morning! Your Miele Coffee Machine's manual is a great resource to outline the steps you need to take to ensure that the milk pipework is cleaned optimally.
this fuckin track BANGS
Where is filter system I got given this machine but it says place filter machine
Hi Sofia! Which model coffee machine do you have? There is a stainless steel filter that needs to be cleaned out, but not replaced, in our countertop coffee machines. This filter is located in the recess for the water container (you'll have to remove the water container to see it). You can clean it out with a damp cotton swab. Hopefully, that helps!
Doesn't work. I tried 10 times. I took the machine to servicing and got it back with the info that everything is fine. And I still can't clean it. There is something wrong with the instruction on the manual or on the machine itself...:(

Even after doing this, my 6350 doesn't want to do milk foam...It's like the machine can't suck the milk

My machine has gone into an endless loop of "clean milk pipework again". Of course it is a holiday so the store is closed. ARG.

Caught in an endless loop of “clean the milk pipework”
Why isn’t there a way to reset the machine….
We've responded to your other post, Phill.
@@MieleUSA I switched it off for an hour, ran the clean again - and it’s now resolved. Coffee at last :-) thanks
