Having purchased at least ten different pillows due to excruciating neck pain, the price of the best recommendation, puts me off buying especially as it will probably cost me more in the UK. I'd love to know how long they were tested for, every time I have had one, its taken me a few days to make my mind up as they "settle"
I have the Tempur neck pillow and would not recommend. The general problem with memory foam style pillows, I find, is that once they heat up, they flatten easily and just stay flat so you lose any kind of support.
I am a side sleeper but I can’t sleep on firm pillows, sleeping on firm pillows causes me a great deal of painful neck pain! It’s so hard to find a soft pillow for side sleepers 😞.
agreed! as a side sleeper, firm pillows create a really uncomfortable tilt in my neck & head, like it’s way too high. i prefer plushier pillows sleeping too.
like as soft as possible, but still cradling my neck. And how does it differ pillows based on the mattress you pick out? can you advise what would work best with a serta icomfort cf 4000 plush?
