@@FreegoBikesOfficial Thanks, I was proud to hear that from you as a company, that is what I am in this life for, to enjoy great adventures on this great electric bicycle and share my experiences & knowledge.🔥🔥🇩🇴
I had that problem when I started out the bike when I got it. I felt the tires thought they had enough air in them but apparently they didn't. So after that first ride it twisted the valve a little bit and I had to deflate it and straighten the stem up a little bit. And I checked the air pressure and it was too low. So since I put it up to 33 lb it seems to be doing okay. I saw another guy on RUclips that has the same bike and he just bought new tubes and they had the nuts on them.
@@TheyLuvMikey317 If you have one of these, you will notice some problems with the tube, it will be necessary to make some modifications and take responsibility for your actions. yes, I made an extra hole.
@@VasCH4n ok well i just received mine and it seems on my tires the valve has a rim lock built in because theres a threaded nut around it but ill see how it holds up during flat ground riding Edit: I see your tire has the same nut so ill def install the extra rim lock to prevent flats
@@johnmacdonald8142 basically what they do is prevent your inner tube from shifting when lots of torque is applied to a wheel running a low pressure (this bike runs at 33 psi) what will happen is that over time the valve stem wont be able to handle that rapid acceleration and exertion onto the valve stem and it will tear causing the tube to leak so a rim lock holds everything in place and prevents that shifting however it does make installing a new tube or tire MUCH more time consuming Side note: if you really want to extend the tubes life without having to install one id recommend riding flat ground and not too fast also after every ride check the tires psi but if you want peace of mind that your tube wont flat just install the rim lock
@@JohnathonJones-v1m Definitely yes, they are just a little expensive, but you can get them online, I recommend the original ones because they are very strong. In case you run out of air or your tube is damaged, you can still continue running with the original one. I bought these:a.co/d/bq71CJa

Nice video and good job on modifications. Freego CEO is happy to say you are helping people learn more about Freego X2.

Also did you have to drill the rim or make any modifications in order to install it?
