Hi Mam. You are a great teacher. I don't have any idea about OET. My english communication is poor so I haven't tried this exam yet. Currently I'm in Uk and working as a care assistant. My question was .The nursing management , assessment and the discharge plan can be written together ? *What is done for the patient.
* the result of what we have done .
* and what can be continued further .
If I combine all these 3 aspects in 1 paragraph. ( for eg : a medicine which has been stopped initially they continued during hospitalization and only 1 medicine can be continued further how can i bring the discharge plan her.
I get confused with the 3 subtle of the writing test ...
