Lift the dump part up. Check your ramp holders. When I brought my 14 Lp. There was only 1 holder on each side that was completely welded my ramps would bang like crazy until I took it back to the dealer to have it welded up
If you want a good trailer get a Diamond C. Big Tex if for work. Not for looks. I have a 14lp 16’ trailer and does just fine. We hauled everything. And with concrete it doesn’t even flex.
I bought a 22 model 2nd hand and it sat high as well. I cut the center beam out and rewelded it. It sits flat now. Since I was 2nd owner it's not u er warranty anymore. After getting it I know now I will never buy another Big Tex. Their fit and finish like you've shown is terrible. I'd take it back and buy a Diamond C. Good luck .

Will do. What you think about the gap between bed and frame? Do you think is normal?
If only you did the inspection at dealer before you bought it instead of after in your driveway.

My 2020 Big Tex 14tl (Tilt) is great....lots of people have since told me that was the last ggod year....new owners.

Well of course look at the price difference 😅😂 a big Tex goes for 15k and for a diamond C they go for 27k
If you want premium dump trailer buy Walton trailer !
have a 2007 in service tough unit ,,, after the hindge was replaced and add 2 deepcycle 6v .
