So the cards for me worked like this: arrange the table 4 cards as it is on the clue paper, then you just click and look on the other cards on all the other tables, go back to table 4, arrange it again (just switch two cards and then back the way they were) and for some reason that completes the task and shows you the password. It differs for everyone, mine was 5936. I don't know the logic, it just worked like this somehow.
The logic is that the inside cards are turning counterclockwise and the outside cards are turning clockwise. So you follow the pattern to get the correct card arrangement. Then the paper tells you which inside card numbers gives the code and in which order.
