I watched this just after watching P4 Animation and found P5 to be Ok, while I loved P4. Main thing to me is probably that I felt P4 followed the game but did it its own way and added much of its own spin to it. P5 I felt like I was just watching the game and having less fun, it didnt feel like it added much to the story/scenes that I already got from the game. That feeling of it just being a less fun version of the game makes is so it cant imo be bad or terrible like I have seen so many say over the years, cause I like the P5 story, but I also cant love it like the P4 Animation.
Honestly, the animation is meh, but I do like the extra details they add for this more streamlined version of the story. It's one thing to hear about Kamoshida's creepiness and abuse, but seeing it firsthand in the anime adds even more to the catharsis when he's brought to justice.
P5 anime is ass if this is your first experience with the story You need to play it yourself first and then after a couple of months you go watch this just to have the experience and see the extra little things they put And also the dub is gold 😂 I'm still salty because this got a dub after a couple of years but the p3 movies NEVER GOT ONE
