You notice that mark is honest with his weak points! Yet, he still trains them!!! weakness is never a strength and strength is never a weakness!

Love the humility, the coaching from people who are all experts and yet still look at things from a students mindset! Yes!!

That sideshot showing the rowing position was something I'd have never grasped without it explained that way.

GREAT CONTENT AS ALWAYS. Been listen to you guys for a while now!!
    Few questions.
    1. With the pull downs do you keep your scapula retracted as you go back up or do you let that lat stretch out all the way or only until you feel a stretch?
    2. You said Basic back lifts are vertical pull, horizontal pull and hip hinge, with the vertical pull can you separate that from a hip hinge, is there not alot of overlap between the two? thinking of rdl and deadlifts specifically. can you expand on that please :)
    3. Man I just dig your content. Keep it up !!!!

11:31 my mind is blown just how much internal rotation our shoulders get throughout in the years...
....I just added an exercise to reverse all that internal rotation and God does it feel great.
Anyways, good vid as always, thumbs up.

Why do guys who built their foundation always say you don't need big weights man, so & so is training like this & that...forgetting that they ACQUIRED that muscle mass with big weights and compound movements...Yeah after you're a brick house I'm sure you can maintain everything with 65% intensity of your max but building it is another story...
