Like birmingham this track looks really fun and i will have to give it a go if I ever find myself nearby. You can tell that by the end of the 2nd session you were duving more confidently and alot smoother, it amazing how you improved so much in such a short period of time, and achieving BIKC qualifying times. It shows that you really are such a great driver! Well done Ben, thought you did really well and great video again!
Despite it being quite a short track, it was surprisingly a lot better than I thought it would be after a couple of sessions with the track getting warmer and grippier. I would highly recommend a little visit if you have the chance, I think you’d really enjoy it! Was really happy with how quick I managed to go in the end, gutted I didn’t get my fastest lap on camera but it happens sometimes 🤦🏾♂️ Thank you so much for the kind words as well Katie, it means the world, I’m looking forward to the next track on Thursday next week!
Cheers Nick, the track felt slippy during the first session but it definitely improved throughout each session. There was definitely a noticeable difference and obviously it would’ve gotten gripper compared to when it first opened too 🤣 He was just collateral damage 😔
Good vid mate this camera thing is amateur 😉🤣went to reading on my travels when it was 3 floors and thought it was the best TS track I’ve done really enjoyed it and I’ve done about 15 Shame they’ve changed it hope your well mate see you at thruxton go to turkey Sunday so will do the TRKC while I’m out there in marmaris 😉🤣🤣🤣👍🏻
I think the battery got a bit dislodged in the case as I actually tripped over the sidepod and fell over in the pitlane at the end of the session 🙄 But the old Reading was really fun, I only did it once, however they do open the 3 floors up during elite members events on Thursday’s I believe which could be a bit of fun to give a go… 👀 This was still a lot of fun for such a short and technical track and I hope you enjoy your trip away mate. Look forward to catching up with you again soon! 🫶🏾
When you say on the video you missed the final apex, sorry but that’s is not the final apex… the finish line is on the top floor, but on times you did really good keep going 💪💪💪
In my defence, as I’d never been to the track with this layout and had only been once before over a year ago, I just used the white line on the floor as a reference for the start finish line. That may have been why the times on the app didn’t fully match up with my timer when editing 😅 Appreciate the kind words though and the correction, will know for next time now ✌🏾
