I really got lucky that it was an active sloth the whole 30 min. I spoke to others where after they fed it once it fell asleep the rest of the time. Addison has always been obsessed with a sloth.
Sloth, you wouldn't find any in Europe I believe! Very interesting animals! I liked how you explained all the steps, you do this then once you do that you do this, very clear indications. Slowest living mammals! I am learning new things. So we should watch them for a while when we want to move into a slow living lifestyle! They eat flowers! 1 months to digest food what? Impressive! The girls are both more and more pretty! Survive a fall from 100 feet! My gosh! What a cute video Carl!! Loved it! xx

It feels like human hair. I thought it was going to be more coarse. Addison is super obsessed. Even thought she is a teen now, she couldn't hide that smile being being here.

It was as cool as we were expecting. I had no idea about the nails either. I just figured they had regular hands and a little bit of a long nail. Kids loved it.
We did a sloth encounter at a SeaWorld park called Discovery Cove once. It was amazing! Sloths are a favorite of mine. Glad to see your family enjoyed it as much as we did!
We were at SeaWorld last week, but the one in San Diego. Compared to Universal, there really wasn't much people there. I think it is an end of an era. How's the SeaWorld by you? Sloths are great and very non-threatening.
Cool Sloth! What a great encounter. I had to help a three toe sloth across the road in Costa Rica a few years back...one of our families favourite animals. Way tor learn with your kids, and create some wonderful memories.
That 3 toed sloth owes you a life debt. This is the first time I learned that sloths are either 2 or 3 toed. I'm super afraid of animals after being chased by a Baboon in Africa, a swan, and a 3-legged dog. So i had to put my big boy pants to make sure the family had a good time 😄

Okay that sloth is absolutely adorable! I have always wanted to do a sloth encounter too! I love how this was so special to Addison! The sloth’s name being Flash like Zootopia! 😂 it’s so amazing to see how slow they move in real life too 😂 so cute! Awe poor eyesight! I had no idea. So cool to get to feed him. What an amazing encounter and to learn about him. Those claws are impressive, and they look strong like they said. Love hearing what they eat in the wild too. Will eat a bug if it’s on its nose but won’t hunt it 😂 that’s hilarious! And living to 20 years old, amazing! Cool video!! 😊💕
We had such a great time visiting this Zoo and petting the sloth. I should have mention we tried meeting a sloth 2 other times which were a fail. So glad we were finally able to do it this time around. I'm usually really scared of animals, but I did not feel threatened by this sloth at all.
I purposefully limit Rosalie's screen time, but for the few times she is left in, she is a scene stealer for sure. I was laughing when I was editing this.
