Try this intense at home core, abs and back workout! It's safe for those who have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. No equipment needed! Let me know in the comments below which move you found the hardest to complete?!

I don't like crunches either! Please do more osteoporosis safe routines for other body parts too! Great workout!

Wow this was a tough workout. The short ones are so sneaky. I combined it with a 15 minute yoga core. She started with bird dog also. I appreciate on yesterday's post that you said my comments are the highlight of your day. I can tell I have abs somewhere. I am really not a fan of planks and my left side wasn't having it even though I was on my knees I kept dropping I am glad you are still going to try to upload once a month. I will take what I can get.

Sometimes the short workouts are intense! I am not a lover of planks either...but the truth is that they are super effective...so I do them 🙄

I loved crunches...and then I was diagnosed with osteoporosis...so now I do a variety of core exercises that are much safer for me :)

I just wish had some explanation about breathing while working out

@@user-fv7lr3ue3v I will be sure to offer more guidance in future videos out breathing while doing exercises. Basically breathe out in the exertion part of the exercise...and if that doesn't come naturally just be sure to continue breathing all the time. Do not hold your breath ever!

I absolutely love ❤ your workouts! I have osteoporosis and your ab, core and spine workouts especially are exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much!
P.S. I thought the bird dog with the arms and legs swinging out to the side were the toughest.

I am so happy to hear that my osteoporosis workouts are helpful for you! I'll be making many more of those videos as I have osteoporosis myself and need to keep my core strong! Yes...that bird-dog variation is quite challenging and so effective for functional core strength and stability 😀

Thanks for reminding us to make sure our backs are flat on the mat. Mine wants to arch I feel that abs working more when flat. Thanks
