    One lesson I've learned from millionaires is to always put your money to work, no matter how small. Even investing €200 per month can compound to tremendous wealth over decades. The key is to keep going!

      My advice for who wants to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Thanks to my financial advisor, my portfolio is thriving, and l'm proud of last year's decisions.

      People often don't realize how important financial advisors are. Data from the last 50 years shows that people who work with CFAs usually earn more than those who don't. I've worked with a Adviser for 7 years, and now I have a $2 million portfolio.

    As someone who's already building a startup and has sent pitches to investors, I found this information really valuable. Thankfully in my pitch, I have almost everything you've mentioned. However, I mus say I'm going to check the graphs and make sure they look taller. And for anyone who's thinking of starting up, take this video and this channel seriously. Heini is doing a great job sharing this information with us. I wish someone was doing the same 4-5 years ago when I had just started.

Having something of a blueprint that encompasses both the dos AND the don'ts, alleviates a lot of the angst I'd been feeling about how to proceed. How to pitch investors? what kind of investor should we aiming at (business angel, vc, ?) is it important to be in a strong ecosystem at this stage or can I stay home? , if you got to this point without a co-founder, is still important to find one?, since the product is out there in the market, with website too, what other kind of material do I need for a pitch deck?.... Thanks in advance

    Hi. Thanks for the video. How many slides should a presentation have? I think 10 is not enough.

    • @RawStartup
      @RawStartup  Год назад +2

      Whatever it takes to explain it, but as short as possible. Sure it can get up to 20 slides, usually not longer.

    First I want to thank you for your valuable videos and knowledge sharing it with us.
    I have a question regarding the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Would you advise to sign NDA before sending or showing our pitch deck with any potential investor or no?
    I would greatly appreciate your time and advice Mr.Heini. Thanks!

    • @RawStartup
      @RawStartup  6 лет назад +6

      Thank you for the kind words! The short answer is no, as a general rule there is no NDA involved in a pitch. Nobody has time to steal your idea it takes years of hard work and dedication to excute on any idea. There are very rare exceptions where there are special inventions that have some genius new thing, but really 99% of all startups are about execution not ideas.

Since you developed an app, which is what I’m trying to do, is like your opinion as to what is the best measure to use for a tech startup. THANKS again!

    I really enjoyed this video thanks so much! Fomo is king haha. You mentioned we should ask about content we are interested in. I would really like to see a video on how important it is to connect with your customers in the early stages directly I.e. giving them a phone call and getting feedback, and how often it should be done. I am a founder and I know this is important but how much time should I be spending doing this? I have shied away from speaking to customers and have been focusing on metrics and marketing instead. Thanks again Heini!

    What if I have multiple products I want to build my business around? How to present more than one product in the pitch?

    • @RawStartup
      @RawStartup  4 года назад +3

      Don't, lf you're just starting up you need to focus on very few products and preferably ONE product. You can have a vision slide that shows how you see the business long term, but no detailed stuffy on multiple products.

    • @billb295

      @@RawStartup Ive had the same question for my business plan?

    • @billb295

      @@RawStartup Thank you for the input, its been an unanswered question in my mind for a while now so most appreciated. Now I just need to figure out what product shows the most potential. That in my mind is kind of a dilemma because I want to build this company on the growth of many products. If I use a future vision slide where would it be best placed in the deck?
