I used to make mine out of old aluminum cans
Got rid of the logo by using high grid sandpaper used pliers to shape it (print it out or draw on paper and try to form the shape)
Use a clamp and superglue to make it stick
Only one side needs to be shaped.
It's sturdy, and it doesn't take a long time to make several this way
