I remember my History Teacher when I was in High School he said our textbooks lies. He let us read it but then educate us that Marcos is a very good president and Philippines was one of the top countries during his administration.
Our teacher in HS never read those text books. He told the stories what he experienced and learned about Marcos administration. If reached 20 years of term as president because the people wanted his governance and that is why he was re- elected many times.
An incredibly touching interview! His heart is as beautiful as all the rest of qualities so admirable in him specifically his exceptional intelligence, eloquence both in the spoken and written word, and his great virtue of empathy. I do have the perception that he writes his own speeches as manifested by his spontaneity to breathtaking perfection in the articulation and substance of his speeches. His brilliance is really mind-blowing and his deep understanding of the plight of the poor is very moving. Hiring the best economic team in The Philippines to create solutions in alleviating such human condition is part of his amazing capability as President. Ugh, I’m not a crier just like him as he said he wasn’t but I became misty-eyed when he talked about his dad. His sentiments of him were bittersweet, beautiful...he had an undeniably extraordinary love and respect for his dad. This interview was inspirational and hopefully questions on Martial Law and dictatorship which were answered very eloquently, intelligently and factually by PFRM Jr. also in a previous interview would be put to rest. But I am of the high opinion that current history school textbooks need to be revisited for accuracy of content for future generations. Love to both of you!❤️

About the phone conversation that he heard between his Dad and JPE. BBM knows the heart of JPE. And his trust still lingers despite everything that transpired. There's no bad judgment in his heart. I must say that I have never been more affectionate towards a President until PRRD and now towards BBM. What a wonderful feeling to be proud once again and like one of the comments below to be able to trust the government again. I grew up having President Marcos Sr for President, remember Martial Law when it was declared and I was in grade school that time until in college when the Marcoses left in 1986. We were taught and indoctrinated in school differently but I never had activist leanings even when I went to UP. Now as an adult, I realized the betrayal that happened and all the lies that were said about the Marcoses. As I watch this interview, I can hear and see how smart and bright BBM is I can’t help but shed a tear as he remembers and honors his father when he won the Presidency. We love you President Bongbong Marcos and Happy Birthday! To Miss Toni, you have won me over. I remember watching you on TFC when you were doing this skit news with Vhong Navarro. The lesson I learned from this is that as a parent, you have to work and set the example for your kids because you never know how much they will need to reflect on you in their battles, sufferings and victories.. So many battles that our President fights on and at last, 65 years in his life, a perfect victory was given to him by God. And all that thanks to his father that kept reminding him all about his work and principles. He could have easily taken revenge for a long time ago pero hindi yun ang mahalaga sa kanya dahil ang mahalaga sa kanya is ang Pilipinas..
My first time to vote and I chose him, I dont really know exactly why, I have never heard anyone’s platform during campaigns, but I just felt that BBM would be a breath of fresh air for the Filipinos after the dramatic suffocation we’ve been through under the power grabbing administrations. Made me so emotional about this interview. I prayed to God about the right leader for the Philippines although I live here in England but family live are in the Pinas. My English fiance(which is my husband now) and I visited ex President Marcos remained in Ilocos norte in 2008 which very interesting , we've visited the palace in Leyte as well.
Tears were shed on my eyes when sir president BBM talk about his father. I can see so much love and huge respect for his father. I can see how serious he is in his job and make our country better. All I can say is that in my whole existence, I have never been so attached to a politician nor become curious about how the politics is being done by the voted leaders of our nation, but this time, our 17th President Ferdinand "Bong Bong" Marcos, Jr., had changed my vision and my belief to what should be good governance is. I saw how particulate he is about the people he trusts and how he sets numbers with factual data to where his plans are going to meet success in the next years to come. This vlog surely brought me to tears, especially in the part where our President got emotional telling about the poverty that affects our children, and also the things he said to his father. He is indeed a man of character and I adore him for his intelligence, uniqueness, calmness, and his vision to be a transformative president for the Philippines. Let's all look back first as to how the Philippines had come to this situation, so we can appreciate more what our president is pointing out. It is a tough job to lead our nation that once became divided by our political beliefs. I remember my History Teacher when I was in High School he said our textbooks lies. He let us read it but then educate us that Marcos is a very good president and Philippines was one of the top countries during his administration.
Our teacher in HS never read those text books. He told the stories what he experienced and learned about Marcos administration. If reached 20 years of term as president because the people wanted his governance and that is why he was re- elected many times.

An incredibly touching interview! His heart is as beautiful as all the rest of qualities so admirable in him specifically his exceptional intelligence, eloquence both in the spoken and written word, and his great virtue of empathy.
I do have the perception that he writes his own speeches as manifested by his spontaneity to breathtaking perfection in the articulation and substance of his speeches. His brilliance is really mind-blowing and his deep understanding of the plight of the poor is very moving. Hiring the best economic team in The Philippines to create solutions in alleviating such human condition is part of his amazing capability as President.
Ugh, I’m not a crier just like him as he said he wasn’t but I became misty-eyed when he talked about his dad. His sentiments of him were bittersweet, beautiful...he had an undeniably extraordinary love and respect for his dad.
This interview was inspirational and hopefully questions on Martial Law and dictatorship which were answered very eloquently, intelligently and factually by PFRM Jr. also in a previous interview would be put to rest. But I am of the high opinion that current history school textbooks need to be revisited for accuracy of content for future generations.

About the phone conversation that he heard between his Dad and JPE. BBM knows the heart of JPE. And his trust still lingers despite everything that transpired. There's no bad judgment in his heart. What an unbelievably great guy BBM is!

I must say that I have never been more affectionate towards a President until PRRD and now towards BBM. What a wonderful feeling to be proud once again and like one of the comments below to be able to trust the government again. I grew up having President Marcos Sr for President, remember Martial Law when it was declared and I was in grade school that time until in college when the Marcoses left in 1986. We were taught and indoctrinated in school differently but I never had activist leanings even when I went to UP. Now as an adult, I realized the betrayal that happened and all the lies that were said about the Marcoses. As I watch this interview, I can hear and see how smart and bright BBM is I can’t help but shed a tear as he remembers and honors his father when he won the Presidency. The lesson I learned from this is that as a parent, you have to work and set the example for your kids because you never know how much they will need to reflect on you in their battles, sufferings and victories.. So many battles that our President fights on and at last, 65 years in his life, a perfect victory was given to him by God. And all that thanks to his father that kept reminding him all about his work and principles. He could have easily taken revenge for a long time ago pero hindi yun ang mahalaga sa kanya dahil ang mahalaga sa kanya is ang Pilipinas..
My first time to vote and I chose him, I dont really know exactly why, I have never heard anyone’s platform during campaigns, but I just felt that BBM would be a breath of fresh air for the Filipinos after the dramatic suffocation we’ve been through under the power grabbing administrations. Made me so emotional about this interview. I prayed to God about the right leader for the Philippines although I live here in England but family live are in the Pinas. My English fiance(which is my husband now) and I visited ex President Marcos remained in Ilocos norte in 2008 which very interesting , we've visited the palace in Leyte as well.
Tears were shed on my eyes when sir president BBM talk about his father. I can see so much love and huge respect for his father. I can see how serious he is in his job and make our country better. I was in my second year in college when we witnessed over news about the saddest departure of our President from that Palace before...can't help anything to our Beloved President... I grew up with admiration to the Marcoses. I voted Madam ERM in her Presidential race, thou ,she didn't elected but praying someday, somehow, there's one among the Marcoses could be a blessing to our country, and now grateful for PBBM given a chance to be there for Filifinos to move forward and stand again... Mabuhay ang sambayanang Filipino!
All I can say is that in my whole existence, I have never been so attached to a politician nor become curious about how the politics is being done by the voted leaders of our nation, but this time, our 17th President Ferdinand "Bong Bong" Marcos, Jr., had changed my vision and my belief to what should be good governance is. I saw how particulate he is about the people he trusts and how he sets numbers with factual data to where his plans are going to meet success in the next years to come. This vlog surely brought me to tears, especially in the part where our President got emotional telling about the poverty that affects our children, and also the things he said to his father. He is indeed a man of character and I adore him for his intelligence, uniqueness, calmness, and his vision to be a transformative president for the Philippines. Let's all look back first as to how the Philippines had come to this situation, so we can appreciate more what our president is pointing out. It is a tough job to lead our nation that once became divided by our political beliefs. Let's all be cooperative with this fight, and I hope and pray that we'll all get to see a more productive and successful Philippines in the next years to come. So help us, God. Thank you, Ms. Toni.
