11.11 is a big shopping event taking place on 11th Nov every year. A huge good deals for Asians (kinda like Black Friday)! I think You may need to collaborate with 3 or 4 other friends and present much larger food plates, with more variety but it will be very very expensive. Just my simple suggestion.

hmm that Black Canyon meal I'd be well happy with and im British 😋 I havnt made Tom Yum soup for a couple of years but the one I did even impressed some Thais 👍
@ the recipe I followed is from School of Wok if you search on here. Very easy to make, I ended up swapping whole prawns for deshelled and frying shrimp paste in place of the shells 👍
