Growing up playing soccer, i always had leftover pizza as an early breakfast before a weekend game. brings back fond memories to this day, heating up a slice in a toaster over to crispy perfection! Pasta is my go-to now since im old.

I'm in total shock that mikey is eating a greasy cheese and meat pizza with a Dr Pepper before a world title fight. Dennis Velasco he mentioned sweet potatoes, you can carb load from those, as well as a steak to break up the sweetness of the potatoes. But I get what you meant, personally I could understand eating pasta maybe. That greasy ass pizza and soda seems insane, but apparently it works/worked for him.
There are simple Carbs/Sugars and Complex Carbs.
Complex Carbs are Complex Carbs. Your body doesn't know the difference whether it's from sweet potatoes or Pizza. 50g of Carbs from Potatoes is same as 50g of Carbs from Pizza. It gets broken down and stored as Glycogen in the muscle.
Dennis Velasco I knew all that, I mentioned him eating the steak to break up the sweetness cause you still have to taste whatever carb you choose. I can tolerate the sweetness from a potatoe as long as I have a steak, or steamed chicken. Mikey probably isn't a fan of sweet potatoes for obvious reasons, and would rather have his pizza. Overall I was only agreeing that he could get the same carbs, pretty much what the guy you originally responded to pointed out.

Яков Симон its easier for boxers since they got so many weight classes vs MMA where every weight class is 15lbs difference. So boxers fight more around there weight they don't cut much vs MMA fighters.

DeathSpectro702 yeah but that makes it harder, cuz you gotta stay around a specific weight while you eat n train to fight another man for 12 rounds,, its tougher if you have many different weight classes, opposed to having only a few weight classes, if I was a boxer it prbly be smart of me to fight at 145, but I walk around at 160 cause of what I eat, making weight is its own science and achievement in boxing, its half the fight, UFC used to have heavyweights fighting middleweights..
