Thanks Simon. Your narration was great coming out of Airlie. Nice tip with the freshwater bucket - I'll remember that one.

    good video.
That repair to the rudder box was a good thing to get done. Seems that they did a good thorough job.
Weather seems to be very pleasant up there at the moment. Down here we have a calm day or two then a week of wind .....repeated over and over.

That bought back some memories, we were up there in 2018 in our Sunmaid trailer sailer. Sailed from AIrlie to Bowen to meet my brother who came down from Townsville. Stayed on the same pontoon at the yacht club marina for 3 nights then sailed back to Airlie, stopping at Olden island and woodwark bay. Best part of the Whitsundays for us, still beautiful but with a lot less people and boats.

You forgot to mention the constant wind in Bowen, it used to be called Blowin' but the L got blown away.

Just found you and subscribed. Nice laid back approach. Soft, ease to listen to voice. Will now to try and find leg one and binge watch. Calm seas and fair winds Simon.

Simon, the scuffs on the bow of Artemis...are they from anchor retrieval or mooring balls clanging up against the bow? Just curious. thanks, and enjoyed the video as always.

Ha Ha....did i get that straight? You now are the proud owner of a third boat? Pretty good price you fetched there. What is the plan? Fix and flip...or fix and keep?

Sorry Alan I met the owners it had been on the mooring for 18 months before they bought it. I would not buy a steel boat good luck to them though.
The marks on the bow where the anchor stretched the black stock cord and hung over the front when Rough luckily it only knocked a bit of bark off
