*Works perfectly for my use as a heated press **MyBest.Tools** Space between the ram jack and the base is a little tight. Make sure you set the ram jack arm so that it's in a position for you to get maximum leverage on whatever you're pressing. You may have to unbolt the front plate of the press and realign the ram in the teeth so that the arm is not at an awkward angle when fully cranked down.Other than aligning the ram in the teeth with the crank arm this .5 ton arbor press comes out of the box pretty much ready to use.*

I use a 1T arbour press and have recently added one of those heat stamp machines. I tried to do foil stamping with a soldering iron, but it wasn't good enough. Heat stamper lets me set a temp and it foil stamps perfectly. On higher temps it also does a good job of plain stamping if you dont want to use foil. My larger stamps are acrylic and I use the press for the emboss and deboss stamps I have.
I'm just getting into the craft and really liking it. Your work is excellent. Thank you for making your templates available as I've had a hard time finding appealing styles but yours are great.👍

Great idea on the template for locating the stamp. I see so many guys fussing with spacers and small machinist's squares to locate. You have the better idea.

Hi! You just made me figured out that i do not have bolt hole on my arbor press piston! Never thought of looking for it when buying! I use a hammer and an adapter for my snaps and it works pretty fine too but would have been great to use this feature! Keep up the good work!

If you are small hobbyist handmade crafter, then no problem :) No for mass production and distribution of template in any form.
Do you offer any free pdfs downloads? You always ask for our help but other leather crafters offer maybe once in a while a free pdf?
Спасибо за интересное видео, кстати, я из видео понял, что Вы из Литвы, дело в том, что когда я служил в Армии, наши страны были еще Союзом, я так думаю, что с большой буквы, у меня был сослуживец из Литвы, Лабанаускасс Жильвинас Константович, что касается отчества, могу ошибаться в правильности произношения и написания, так вот, я искал его почти 30 лет и как позже выяснилось, он искал меня тоже в соц. сетях, в итоге на Фейсбук я его нашел, мы с ним по дружески пообщались, сейчас он живет в пригороде Каунаса, у него семья, дети, свой бизнес, но не смотря на то, что СССР канул в лета, мы общаемся до сих пор и мы друзья, меня это очень радует, Вам желаю удачи в творчестве и вообще, в жизни, спасибо за интересное видео!

Hello there.. I got a 1 ton arbor press but while I stamping it's not looking good as well. Am not sure if I set it well because it take me to use a lot power but not working well.. what can I do to fix it thanks..
Do you pre-heat your stamp?
Yes still not working good.. am using a chrome leather but for vegetable leather is working well

As naudoju toki presa logotipams ispausti, temperatura susireguliuoja labai patogiai ir kolkas veikia tikrai gerai.
Patogu dirbt su juo? Nusistatyt štampo vietą ir pan? Nes aš kai kelis štampus naudoju, tai galvoju ar nebus man daugiau žaidimo juos keitinėt, nei, kad kaip aš dabar darau :)
@@strhandmade taip, stampus keitinet nera labai patogu. Gaistasi laikas istatant tiek stampa tiek ir odos ruosini i tinkama padeti. Patogu jei vienu metu gamini daugiau vienodu dirbiniu ir gali visus iskart atspaust. Dar sis presas nespaudzia labai smarkiai, todel isgaut rysku spauda reikia naudot nemaza temperatura, kaip pvz maziau nei 150°c nenaudoju, todel norint pakeist stampa kitu reikia luktelt kol ataus. Apibendrinant: patogu daryt daug vienodu gaminiu, nepatogu jei reikia skirtingu spaudu ant skirtingu gaminiu.
