that's because you downloaded a whole set of images. if you just download one single image, it will directly be in either JPG or PNG. If you download a whole set of images, it's usually in ZIP format. but maybe on PC it is in RAR format. that's not impossible. You would need to extract it then with a Rar Exctractor. If you go to Google, you will be able to find free software to Unrar these files for sure. hope that helps

Well i cant open it in png in my laptop, it was saved as winrar instead
