Nymphia fans are just toxic. They kept on pushing Q just because they think Nymphia should've won all design challenges. Toxic fans that can get upset if Nymphia doesn't win a challenge but condems Q for being upset not winning a challenge she literally could've should've would've won. These fans go as far as saying Nymphia should've won 7 challenges this season.

Honestly, even after finishing the video I still don’t see how things have been rigged for Q. The edit in the political challenge portrayed Plane, Nymphia, and Dawn as the Bottom 3, so I don’t think the non elimination there was really to save Q - the last political challenge in S12 was also a non-elimination though, and it seems pre-planned for the message. The bathrooms challenge, if we want to judge in teams, also would have had Nymphia and Dawn in the bottom as the worst team. Judged individually, Morphine and Dawn bottom 2 was correct. I don’t see how Q ever fairly gets in the bottom there. And Q definitely deserved to win the goth challenge IMO, but even if you prefer Nymphia’s, it’s close enough that either judgement could be called fair or rigged, they were both 10/10. The makeover was also fair. The only judgements I think could be called rigged in her favour are the high placement in the Rusical, and the lipsync win over Amanda. I think the lipsync win over Amanda was way more to do with overall season storylines regarding Amanda than it had to do with Q, though. Counterbalance that with Q having one win less than she should, and I think Q’s legit broken negative on how rigged the season is for her; she was rigged out of a win in the TED Talk and in return she was rigged into a high placement in the Rusical.
I dont really like Q, I never truly connected with her, but the intense hatred that people have for her is bizarre. I understand it's because of the lipsync save, the Twitter meltdown, and the "sore loser" moments (which truly aren't bad at all). Everyone keeps saying they want more unfiltered drag queens, but the moment that queens aren't super happy and nice all the time, people send them the most vitriolic hate and run them off the platform. Also, I have to disagree with a bit at the end. I dont think the anthem challenge save was only for Q. I think it was equally, if not more so, there to preserve Planes powerhouse run, and keep Dawn to a lesser extent. Q also did a really good job with the makeover and I don't understand the critique that it's not really her brand. She's shown that she's a high fashion, avant-garde type of person. If you line up her makeover look with the neo-goth look then you can easily tell its the same person. I love Morphine but it was definitely her time to go. I think Q is one of those contestants that people are going to look back on in a few years when the intensity of the season first airing has passed and realize that she's actually a pretty great contestant.
Agree completely. I think the perception of Q and Loosey as the "delusional" and intense contestants will get better in a few years. Loosey already has two things that are pretty iconic and quoted often: 1. Let Loose and 2. Delusion over adding maxi and mini challenges, and when people reference these two things it seems to be pretty positive and paints Loosey as a memorable character and contestant. I think Q's looks alone will be remembered fondly in the future.
For See you next Wednesday the promt was Neo Goth, wasn't it? I remember being irritated that Plasma who had made an attempt at neo goth was in the bottom and others who just went trad goth were safe (though I have no fashion sence and was biased towards Plasma)
I'mma be honest, I'm a little tired of the "always High, never winning" storyline. And the fact that Q went through that TWICE in this season is kinda nuts. While I agree that Q and Jane should have gotten a double win for the seminar challenge (giving any queen 3 wins in a row is a little bonkers and makes it obvious they've picked a finalist though I love Sapphira with all my goshdang heart), it's a storyline that kinda just runs its course the same way every time it happens. While I have enjoyed this season the writing has really been on the wall for a few things, mainly that the top 4 was figured out the second Plasma left and that the top 2 of the season are most likely going to be Sapphira and Jane. I'm pretty sure this is the first season where two queens have four wins so unless they get Shea Coulee'd then we can kinda guess the rest of the season here and now.
To be honest I thought Q was the best of the night? She gave a look with her makeover partner that looked similar but had different siliothettes and shapes. Unlike Nymphia and Plane who went on the safe route of doing the same looks but different colors. Seems like your bias is showing. It's been criticized before for people being safe for doing the same look but different color (S12) but Plane and Nymphia were awarded for doing it.
If you look carefully, Nymohia’s dress is different than her partner in terms of cutting and styling. The details in the corset are marvellous. And the quirky dress of Q doesn’t look like her style, more like Crystal Methyd.

Q’s judging is a rollercoaster because I feel like there are equal parts times where she is saved unfairly or given unnecessary praise, and also times where she’s robbed of a win for the face crack of it all (the presentations). I will say though that I do agree with both of her wins. Ultimately, I don’t think the rigging in her favor is as bad as people say. She’s had a bone thrown her way a couple times but it’s nowhere near what we’ve seen in many recent seasons, because they’ve definitely played with her emotions and face cracked her just as much as they’ve saved her. It’s like they’re giving her the Jan-lite treatment.
If there was a queen who should be named as the "favoured one" it's Dawn. 100%. She was safe in the acting challenge (she easily could and should have lip-synced), got a random high placement in the doll challenge over Megami (that one I can understand) and a even more random high for the Rumix (Q and Dawn were clearly the worst, how Plane was low for having the second most political and third best in general verse + solid dance moves - idk). They tried to do something with Dawn, but she wasn't giving. Dawn's talented, but I don't think that competitions, like Drag Race, are for her. Q is disliked by the majority and it definitely clouds some people's judgment. I too was kinda shocked that Q won the goth challenge (because it wasn't goth to me, but I'm not familiar with this style, so not sure if it was. Nevertheless- it was by far the best design). The Rumix was not to safe Q but Q, Plane and Dawn. It was obvious that Morphine and Mh'aya were on the chopping block next + they had to have a non-elimination episode so they chose that one. Now... If y'all think that Q was even close to the bottom over Morphine and Sapphira - y'all don't like her. Yes, the overcoat thingy on Q's partner was not the best idea, but her makeover was definitely by far the most creative. Plane, Q and Nymphia all were a good contenders for the win.
If i had to put Q a placement for every episode ( based on My opinion): Ep 1: Top 2 Ep 3: High Ep 4: High Ep 5: Elim Ep 6: Win Ep 7:Safe/High Ep 8: High Ep 9: Low / Elim( if it was not a top 2) Ep 10: Double win with Plane Jane Ep 11: Low ( Has a Safe performance, but a look who was bottom 2 worthy). Ep 12: Win( Maybe Controversial , but her make-over was My favorite).
Q's coat in the goth runway is one of the best pieces ever created in this program. That being said, she had not a look: bad makeup, that crusty string of hair on her head, the RIPPED TIGHTS as a bodysuit (???) wth the whole thing made no sense
With that thinking. Nymphia had it worse for the ball design look, without the ties... That's a basic unaltered beret, polo shirt top, skirt and boots.
Q ate up the makeover mama the delusion is pretty wild there IMO she could have won...she had very interesting looks and did a great job of masking her poor dancing (her biggest weakness)
To be fair, RuPaul DID say that they had to do a Neo Goth look at some point during the episode. I also think Q beat Amanda in that lipsync, but that's more on personal taste
I think q was very rightfully high in the makeover and think she was not even close to the bottom. Also don’t think it was rigged that she was in the top for the rusical, even if she got a less choreo intensive part she still did great.
I think the biggest issue with the perception of Q is that she gets saved when she loses the lip sync for “track record” but then Plasma doesn’t get saved for the same reasons, even though I don’t think Plasma was going to win any of the remaining challenges. I want to counter-argue that even if Amanda sent Q home, she probably goes home not too long after anyway given that she wasn’t standing out in the challenges. Meanwhile, Q had more competition potential, and proved it by winning the very next challenge and doing well moving forward (except Power). Q honestly was robbed of a high placement in Snatch Game. Mi’hya’s critique literally was “you weren’t good but you tried”, whereas Q had a solid impersonation that got several laughs out of Ru. Power definitely saved Q, but it also saved Plane Jane by padding her track record, but she definitely would have left here if she had to lip-sync. The Dragcon challenge… yeah, that could have been a double win between Q and Plane Jane, but then if we assume the bathroom challenge gets judged the same, that’s two shared wins in a row and the THIRD shared win of the season. Q also was not bad in the makeover or bathrooms.
Is it delusional to think Q really hasn't been that favored? She was definitely saved in the Power challenge and I would've swapped her and Nymphia in the goth design challenge, but other than that I don't think she's really been favored. Her makeover was very solid too imo

For me she absolutely deserved every high placement she got. I don't get the fuss people are making over her placements. For me she's doing the third best in the competition after Jane and Saphira.
I personally think Q & Plane have had the most favoritism and rigged placements this season (and it’s somehow directly affected Nymphia’s track record). I mean- what a coincidence that in the political challenge where those two objectively did the worst, they suddenly made it a non-elimination episode… ALL 4 of Plane’s wins have been undeserved or questionable + Q’s second win has also been highly debated. To me, it just goes to show that the true deserving Top 2 of the season are Sapphira & Nymphia; and it genuinely could go to either one

I don't think it was "not her drag style" with the variey of looks she had given us. I found it very cute and honestly I loved this look. Plane stan here, not particularily a Q fan, but I think it was her time to win her 3rd challenge

Yno who was kinda fucked Plasma she ate the RDR live and Rusical and we know she was a bad designer and she had to go through 3 in her run shame cus i think she would of been in the top for the political challenhe or bathroom designs and the ted talk
The guest judge from the Imrpov Hosting challenge did an AMA on Reddit and he said that he said thatk Sapphira deserved the win. He said that, even though Q and Plane had the most jokes, Sapphira had amazing energy and charisma that didn't translate through the TV screen. Ru also had really high praise for Sapphira's outfit since it's one of her niche interests, so I think that definitely had a part to do with it too. Overall I think Q should've gone home by now, but I'm not angry that she's still here.
I feel like the goth runway was judged the opposite of the Espana All Stars ball. With the deadly sins they obviously cared a lot more about the concept vs the sewing/construction of the look itself, whereas Q won by having the best outfit period. You can't deny that she looked the best on the runway, whether she fit the brief exactly or not.
Q had the most creative makeover looks along with Nymphia. Either of them could have won the makeover challenge over PJ who just had basic bodysuits that she’s been wearing all season. I’ve seen Morphine wearing an outfit very similar to that before, and it didn’t look good on her daughter at all. She definitely deserved to be in the bottom. Makeover is about more than just doing the mug

honestly i love Q, she deserved her two wins, coulda won the makeover easily. Her looks were always flawless. Her only flop is dancing, but she can do comedy, design, improve, act, etc.

Saying that she deserved a top placement in RDR Live is... very generous of you, I'll just say that! She really did luck out in that she got a role designed for a scene-stealing moment, and she learned her lines and spoke very loudly, which at that early stage in the competition is close enough to being good that I think it erased the fact that she doesn't have an innate understanding of comic timing. I think that in both of the other comedy challenges, her performances did come off better, which I chalk up to the fact that she does seem very good when it comes to thinking of funny things to say (as opposed to relying on the writers for her material, which everyone clocked as an issue in RDR Live). I think that as the season's progressed, her sense of style is also rubbing people the wrong way; in a crowded cast where this year, most girls showed up with very basic, unadorned drag, it was nice to see a queen with over-the-top, properly *draggy* looks, but now that most of the crowd has been thinned out, Q's outfits look downright overwrought and occasionally ugly next to the other fashionable queens who've stayed. With her goth look, I think a lot of the backlash also comes down to styling, which is a key part of design that most viewers don't seem to understand plays a larger part in judging than they think. How many haters would she have had if she nixed the mesh on the chest and gave herself some volume to even out that silhouette (say, with a sickening mohawk)? Heck, how many haters would she have if she bothered to put on hair more than once in a blue moon?
For the dragcon episode, Q lost a top spot in my opinion when she said "Hello hello" in a voice very simmilar to the brick, AND Amelia Airheart. To me it was almost identical.
To me Nymphia should have been in the bottom in the Bathroom design chalange. If it was judged in teams it was judged in teams point blank periot and Nymphia and Dawn had the weakest. Q was for sure safe.
anthems was non elimination, so not rigged. girl groups- amanda DIDNT destroy q, and only did slightly better, so rupaul thought that it was worthy of keeping q because of the impact she had made by that point. makeover- wasn't rigged, q deserved that top spot.
I agreed with all of her placements except the presentation challenge that should’ve been her 3rd win. She had a lot more to bring to the competition than Amanda and if the political anthem challenge had been an elimination episode Q would’ve been sent home by plane. I’m happy it was a non elimination episode cause I really like Q and the ppl hate her for actually having authentic feelings which is what made for great tv in the older seasons. She’s been competition since day one but regardless ppl will hate her anyways regardless of how talented she is. One of the best seamstresses on the show period.
Q is such a peculiar case to me. Usually quirky fashion girls like her receive a lot of love but ever since the alleged rigging of that lip sync with Amanda Tori Meeting things have gone downhill. She is great in the challenges, and of course her runways. She just sometimes has a sour attitude when she doesn't win. But the times that was shown to us...she could have won those challenges. She isn't delusional. It all is still crazy to me how fickle the fanbase is when Amanda did not do that great in the lip sync. They were even, Amanda just moved around a lot so she did not do enough to beat a front runner like Q.
People so mad at Q for saying she should have won over someone or that Sapphira didn't deserve to win, but then feel absolutely fine with saying multiple of her placements were rigged
I'm sorry, but dancing is essential to drag race. Don't go on drag race when dancing will literally determine whether or not you go home. Should Q have lipsynced? Debatable, but should she have been in the bottom? Yes.
I see where this point is coming from, but drag is a form of art, not a form of dance 😭 she can’t help a lot the fact she can’t dance, but she is really good in a lot of those challenge which drag is all about

A mter of taste? Gurl she didn't win the ball, she won the other designs beccause she made sure her look was so complex and detailed that the rest would just have no chance regardless of how much the judges liked nymphia.
Idk, for RDR live I would've just put all of the Barbra Streisand group in the top. No other bit was close to as funny as that was, and sure Plane and Q stood out in their parts, but their bits were still bland so it's not hard to do that. I'd also argue that Plasma didn't really do THAT much to stand out from Nymphia and Sapphira either, but she did her role, she had that extra little fun riff that was kinda funny, and their group was solidly decent to good the whole time so I'd have put the 3 of them in the top instead of Q and Plane, but the two of them definitely didn't do bad by any means.
In my opinion, Q's week 2 and week 3 looks, she was def robbed of wins, I'd be salty too and so would you if you got 2nd 3 weeks in a row. Justice for Q, sickeningly talented, and I don't agree with your criticisms of her. Her makeover look was by far the most creative and fun, and her and Jane were 100% robbed during the dragcon challenge. Q would've taken home 5 wins in my opinion
Q went from such a likeable queen to one of my least favorite from the season. She definitely should have went home in girl groups and it didn’t make sense how she was high in the rusical. I think production wanted to keep her because she was a strong seamstress and they knew they had 3 design challenges coming up. Personally, I hate the character she plays for every acting challenge and the accent she uses and is never called out for it. She played the “ brick “character in RDR Live, snatch game, corporate queens and bathroom hunties. Makeovers episodes never make sense but Morphine and Sapphira were definitely bottom 2 . I'm gonna be frank; Q's drag, while still impressively constructed, tends to be overdesigned and even more frankly had gotten uglier as the competition has worn on. Her clown white makeover this week felt a bit like a cop out of having to contour a more masculine face. From a branding perspective; I'm not sure Q has really established one beyond "I made this myself". Granted she's never gone for "simple glamor girl", but at the same time this week's "Creature Feature meets I.C.P." look didn't particularly scream Q either beyond "Impressive construction needing editing". She's young, and it shows. Compare her performance/stage presence to Sapphira; Q tends to have a "volume equals entertaining" approach of "Look at me everybody, LOOK AT ME!!!" whereas Sapphira has more of a confidant "I got this, just sit back and enjoy everyone" approach that Ru tends to respond to. Ru tends to get turned off by personas like Q, Loosey, or Jan's tryhard "This is good right RIGHT!?!?! LOOK HOW HARD I'M TRYING FOR YOU!!!!!" which is why they got/get the bridesmaid storyline that leads to their inevitable breakdown and seemingly untimely exit. It's about balance, Ru hates mousey "in my shell" eye avoiding introversion, but she also doesnt care for loud grabby hands "LOOK MOMMY LOOK!" either. Both can be hard for an audience to get behind, one bores them and the other turns them off. Anyhow that's my 2 cent analysis of Q; a top tier seamstress that isn't quite as ready to take on mainstream media/entertainment as she thinks she is. *edited for spelling
Tbh I dont think Q is favored shes just a Jan/Loosey/ on steroids . Shes only won 2x both for design challenges which is is an excellent seamstress . Do I find her funny? No. But shes clever and she clearly is the *A student* like she studied the show. They know she cant dance and she honestly worked around her lack of dancing in both the rusical and the makeover which was honestly pretty smart. They were definitely going for a meltdown/facecrack when she revealed her HIV status , had a beautiful runway and was in the top but didnt win tbh i didnt see a clear winner that episode at all, no one was funny . Its obvious this is going to end for Q next week , with her storyline of being mad about not winning challenges it would be the ultimate story arc end to just miss the finale and get tore up in a lipsync. The only riggory I see with Q is that she beat Amanda, she lost that lipsync . But hey , Morphine just ate Sapphira and they kept Sapphira so 🤷.

I didn’t think Q should have been high in RDR live, I think Amanda should have been. It would have been good for Amanda’s storyline, and would be less rigged. Although maybe they wanted to edge Q a lot more
Also Qs runway on the flowers runway was cool, but those white panties really distract from the look, and it was just normal Q makeup, so was quite strange disconnect between the outfit and makeup/head

Honestly, even after finishing the video I still don’t see how things have been rigged for Q. The edit in the political challenge portrayed Plane, Nymphia, and Dawn as the Bottom 3, so I don’t think the non elimination there was really to save Q - the last political challenge in S12 was also a non-elimination though, and it seems pre-planned for the message. The bathrooms challenge, if we want to judge in teams, also would have had Nymphia and Dawn in the bottom as the worst team. Judged individually, Morphine and Dawn bottom 2 was correct. I don’t see how Q ever fairly gets in the bottom there. And Q definitely deserved to win the goth challenge IMO, but even if you prefer Nymphia’s, it’s close enough that either judgement could be called fair or rigged, they were both 10/10. The makeover was also fair.
The only judgements I think could be called rigged in her favour are the high placement in the Rusical, and the lipsync win over Amanda. I think the lipsync win over Amanda was way more to do with overall season storylines regarding Amanda than it had to do with Q, though. Counterbalance that with Q having one win less than she should, and I think Q’s legit broken negative on how rigged the season is for her; she was rigged out of a win in the TED Talk and in return she was rigged into a high placement in the Rusical.
I think Q was robbed most of the times. I expect she can come back for all stars.

I'm not even a fan of hers, but Q's goth look is my favorite look of the season.
I dont really like Q, I never truly connected with her, but the intense hatred that people have for her is bizarre. I understand it's because of the lipsync save, the Twitter meltdown, and the "sore loser" moments (which truly aren't bad at all). Everyone keeps saying they want more unfiltered drag queens, but the moment that queens aren't super happy and nice all the time, people send them the most vitriolic hate and run them off the platform.
Also, I have to disagree with a bit at the end. I dont think the anthem challenge save was only for Q. I think it was equally, if not more so, there to preserve Planes powerhouse run, and keep Dawn to a lesser extent. Q also did a really good job with the makeover and I don't understand the critique that it's not really her brand. She's shown that she's a high fashion, avant-garde type of person. If you line up her makeover look with the neo-goth look then you can easily tell its the same person. I love Morphine but it was definitely her time to go. I think Q is one of those contestants that people are going to look back on in a few years when the intensity of the season first airing has passed and realize that she's actually a pretty great contestant.
Agree completely. I think the perception of Q and Loosey as the "delusional" and intense contestants will get better in a few years. Loosey already has two things that are pretty iconic and quoted often: 1. Let Loose and 2. Delusion over adding maxi and mini challenges, and when people reference these two things it seems to be pretty positive and paints Loosey as a memorable character and contestant. I think Q's looks alone will be remembered fondly in the future.

I'mma be honest, I'm a little tired of the "always High, never winning" storyline. And the fact that Q went through that TWICE in this season is kinda nuts. While I agree that Q and Jane should have gotten a double win for the seminar challenge (giving any queen 3 wins in a row is a little bonkers and makes it obvious they've picked a finalist though I love Sapphira with all my goshdang heart), it's a storyline that kinda just runs its course the same way every time it happens. While I have enjoyed this season the writing has really been on the wall for a few things, mainly that the top 4 was figured out the second Plasma left and that the top 2 of the season are most likely going to be Sapphira and Jane. I'm pretty sure this is the first season where two queens have four wins so unless they get Shea Coulee'd then we can kinda guess the rest of the season here and now.
To be honest I thought Q was the best of the night? She gave a look with her makeover partner that looked similar but had different siliothettes and shapes. Unlike Nymphia and Plane who went on the safe route of doing the same looks but different colors. Seems like your bias is showing. It's been criticized before for people being safe for doing the same look but different color (S12) but Plane and Nymphia were awarded for doing it.
I agree 100% with this. Granted, I'm not mad Plane won, as the personality and the branding were there.
If you look carefully, Nymohia’s dress is different than her partner in terms of cutting and styling. The details in the corset are marvellous. And the quirky dress of Q doesn’t look like her style, more like Crystal Methyd.

Q’s judging is a rollercoaster because I feel like there are equal parts times where she is saved unfairly or given unnecessary praise, and also times where she’s robbed of a win for the face crack of it all (the presentations). I will say though that I do agree with both of her wins.
Ultimately, I don’t think the rigging in her favor is as bad as people say. She’s had a bone thrown her way a couple times but it’s nowhere near what we’ve seen in many recent seasons, because they’ve definitely played with her emotions and face cracked her just as much as they’ve saved her. It’s like they’re giving her the Jan-lite treatment.
If there was a queen who should be named as the "favoured one" it's Dawn. 100%. She was safe in the acting challenge (she easily could and should have lip-synced), got a random high placement in the doll challenge over Megami (that one I can understand) and a even more random high for the Rumix (Q and Dawn were clearly the worst, how Plane was low for having the second most political and third best in general verse + solid dance moves - idk). They tried to do something with Dawn, but she wasn't giving. Dawn's talented, but I don't think that competitions, like Drag Race, are for her. Q is disliked by the majority and it definitely clouds some people's judgment. I too was kinda shocked that Q won the goth challenge (because it wasn't goth to me, but I'm not familiar with this style, so not sure if it was. Nevertheless- it was by far the best design). The Rumix was not to safe Q but Q, Plane and Dawn. It was obvious that Morphine and Mh'aya were on the chopping block next + they had to have a non-elimination episode so they chose that one. Now... If y'all think that Q was even close to the bottom over Morphine and Sapphira - y'all don't like her. Yes, the overcoat thingy on Q's partner was not the best idea, but her makeover was definitely by far the most creative. Plane, Q and Nymphia all were a good contenders for the win.

Q's coat in the goth runway is one of the best pieces ever created in this program. That being said, she had not a look: bad makeup, that crusty string of hair on her head, the RIPPED TIGHTS as a bodysuit (???) wth the whole thing made no sense
With that thinking. Nymphia had it worse for the ball design look, without the ties... That's a basic unaltered beret, polo shirt top, skirt and boots.

I think the biggest issue with the perception of Q is that she gets saved when she loses the lip sync for “track record” but then Plasma doesn’t get saved for the same reasons, even though I don’t think Plasma was going to win any of the remaining challenges.
I want to counter-argue that even if Amanda sent Q home, she probably goes home not too long after anyway given that she wasn’t standing out in the challenges. Meanwhile, Q had more competition potential, and proved it by winning the very next challenge and doing well moving forward (except Power). Q honestly was robbed of a high placement in Snatch Game. Mi’hya’s critique literally was “you weren’t good but you tried”, whereas Q had a solid impersonation that got several laughs out of Ru.
Power definitely saved Q, but it also saved Plane Jane by padding her track record, but she definitely would have left here if she had to lip-sync.
The Dragcon challenge… yeah, that could have been a double win between Q and Plane Jane, but then if we assume the bathroom challenge gets judged the same, that’s two shared wins in a row and the THIRD shared win of the season. Q also was not bad in the makeover or bathrooms.
Is it delusional to think Q really hasn't been that favored? She was definitely saved in the Power challenge and I would've swapped her and Nymphia in the goth design challenge, but other than that I don't think she's really been favored. Her makeover was very solid too imo

For me she absolutely deserved every high placement she got. I don't get the fuss people are making over her placements. For me she's doing the third best in the competition after Jane and Saphira.

I personally think Q & Plane have had the most favoritism and rigged placements this season (and it’s somehow directly affected Nymphia’s track record). I mean- what a coincidence that in the political challenge where those two objectively did the worst, they suddenly made it a non-elimination episode… ALL 4 of Plane’s wins have been undeserved or questionable + Q’s second win has also been highly debated. To me, it just goes to show that the true deserving Top 2 of the season are Sapphira & Nymphia; and it genuinely could go to either one

The guest judge from the Imrpov Hosting challenge did an AMA on Reddit and he said that he said thatk Sapphira deserved the win. He said that, even though Q and Plane had the most jokes, Sapphira had amazing energy and charisma that didn't translate through the TV screen. Ru also had really high praise for Sapphira's outfit since it's one of her niche interests, so I think that definitely had a part to do with it too. Overall I think Q should've gone home by now, but I'm not angry that she's still here.

I feel like the goth runway was judged the opposite of the Espana All Stars ball. With the deadly sins they obviously cared a lot more about the concept vs the sewing/construction of the look itself, whereas Q won by having the best outfit period. You can't deny that she looked the best on the runway, whether she fit the brief exactly or not.
Q had the most creative makeover looks along with Nymphia. Either of them could have won the makeover challenge over PJ who just had basic bodysuits that she’s been wearing all season. I’ve seen Morphine wearing an outfit very similar to that before, and it didn’t look good on her daughter at all. She definitely deserved to be in the bottom. Makeover is about more than just doing the mug

Saying that she deserved a top placement in RDR Live is... very generous of you, I'll just say that! She really did luck out in that she got a role designed for a scene-stealing moment, and she learned her lines and spoke very loudly, which at that early stage in the competition is close enough to being good that I think it erased the fact that she doesn't have an innate understanding of comic timing. I think that in both of the other comedy challenges, her performances did come off better, which I chalk up to the fact that she does seem very good when it comes to thinking of funny things to say (as opposed to relying on the writers for her material, which everyone clocked as an issue in RDR Live). I think that as the season's progressed, her sense of style is also rubbing people the wrong way; in a crowded cast where this year, most girls showed up with very basic, unadorned drag, it was nice to see a queen with over-the-top, properly *draggy* looks, but now that most of the crowd has been thinned out, Q's outfits look downright overwrought and occasionally ugly next to the other fashionable queens who've stayed. With her goth look, I think a lot of the backlash also comes down to styling, which is a key part of design that most viewers don't seem to understand plays a larger part in judging than they think. How many haters would she have had if she nixed the mesh on the chest and gave herself some volume to even out that silhouette (say, with a sickening mohawk)? Heck, how many haters would she have if she bothered to put on hair more than once in a blue moon?

I agreed with all of her placements except the presentation challenge that should’ve been her 3rd win. She had a lot more to bring to the competition than Amanda and if the political anthem challenge had been an elimination episode Q would’ve been sent home by plane. I’m happy it was a non elimination episode cause I really like Q and the ppl hate her for actually having authentic feelings which is what made for great tv in the older seasons. She’s been competition since day one but regardless ppl will hate her anyways regardless of how talented she is. One of the best seamstresses on the show period.
Q is such a peculiar case to me. Usually quirky fashion girls like her receive a lot of love but ever since the alleged rigging of that lip sync with Amanda Tori Meeting things have gone downhill. She is great in the challenges, and of course her runways. She just sometimes has a sour attitude when she doesn't win. But the times that was shown to us...she could have won those challenges. She isn't delusional. It all is still crazy to me how fickle the fanbase is when Amanda did not do that great in the lip sync. They were even, Amanda just moved around a lot so she did not do enough to beat a front runner like Q.

I'm sorry, but dancing is essential to drag race. Don't go on drag race when dancing will literally determine whether or not you go home. Should Q have lipsynced? Debatable, but should she have been in the bottom? Yes.

Q/Nymphia should’ve won makeover fight the wall
A mter of taste? Gurl she didn't win the ball, she won the other designs beccause she made sure her look was so complex and detailed that the rest would just have no chance regardless of how much the judges liked nymphia.
Idk, for RDR live I would've just put all of the Barbra Streisand group in the top. No other bit was close to as funny as that was, and sure Plane and Q stood out in their parts, but their bits were still bland so it's not hard to do that. I'd also argue that Plasma didn't really do THAT much to stand out from Nymphia and Sapphira either, but she did her role, she had that extra little fun riff that was kinda funny, and their group was solidly decent to good the whole time so I'd have put the 3 of them in the top instead of Q and Plane, but the two of them definitely didn't do bad by any means.
In my opinion, Q's week 2 and week 3 looks, she was def robbed of wins, I'd be salty too and so would you if you got 2nd 3 weeks in a row. Justice for Q, sickeningly talented, and I don't agree with your criticisms of her. Her makeover look was by far the most creative and fun, and her and Jane were 100% robbed during the dragcon challenge. Q would've taken home 5 wins in my opinion

Q went from such a likeable queen to one of my least favorite from the season. She definitely should have went home in girl groups and it didn’t make sense how she was high in the rusical. I think production wanted to keep her because she was a strong seamstress and they knew they had 3 design challenges coming up. Personally, I hate the character she plays for every acting challenge and the accent she uses and is never called out for it. She played the “ brick “character in RDR Live, snatch game, corporate queens and bathroom hunties. Makeovers episodes never make sense but Morphine and Sapphira were definitely bottom 2 . Hoping she goes home next week 🤞🏾
I'm gonna be frank; Q's drag, while still impressively constructed, tends to be overdesigned and even more frankly had gotten uglier as the competition has worn on. Her clown white makeover this week felt a bit like a cop out of having to contour a more masculine face. From a branding perspective; I'm not sure Q has really established one beyond "I made this myself". Granted she's never gone for "simple glamor girl", but at the same time this week's "Creature Feature meets I.C.P." look didn't particularly scream Q either beyond "Impressive construction needing editing".
She's young, and it shows. Compare her performance/stage presence to Sapphira; Q tends to have a "volume equals entertaining" approach of "Look at me everybody, LOOK AT ME!!!" whereas Sapphira has more of a confidant "I got this, just sit back and enjoy everyone" approach that Ru tends to respond to. Ru tends to get turned off by personas like Q, Loosey, or Jan's tryhard "This is good right RIGHT!?!?! LOOK HOW HARD I'M TRYING FOR YOU!!!!!" which is why they got/get the bridesmaid storyline that leads to their inevitable breakdown and seemingly untimely exit. It's about balance, Ru hates mousey "in my shell" eye avoiding introversion, but she also doesnt care for loud grabby hands "LOOK MOMMY LOOK!" either. Both can be hard for an audience to get behind, one bores them and the other turns them off.
Anyhow that's my 2 cent analysis of Q; a top tier seamstress that isn't quite as ready to take on mainstream media/entertainment as she thinks she is.

Tbh I dont think Q is favored shes just a Jan/Loosey/ on steroids . Shes only won 2x both for design challenges which is is an excellent seamstress . Do I find her funny? No. But shes clever and she clearly is the *A student* like she studied the show. They know she cant dance and she honestly worked around her lack of dancing in both the rusical and the makeover which was honestly pretty smart. They were definitely going for a meltdown/facecrack when she revealed her HIV status , had a beautiful runway and was in the top but didnt win tbh i didnt see a clear winner that episode at all, no one was funny . Its obvious this is going to end for Q next week , with her storyline of being mad about not winning challenges it would be the ultimate story arc end to just miss the finale and get tore up in a lipsync. The only riggory I see with Q is that she beat Amanda, she lost that lipsync . But hey , Morphine just ate Sapphira and they kept Sapphira so 🤷.
but q's design isnt.... neo goth.... putting on a white head with a single finger wave a neo goth does not make....
also q's makeover isn't THAT bad...

she does not deserve hate for being saved from the bottom…she deserves criticism for her blaccent

I didn’t think Q should have been high in RDR live, I think Amanda should have been. It would have been good for Amanda’s storyline, and would be less rigged. Although maybe they wanted to edge Q a lot more
Also Qs runway on the flowers runway was cool, but those white panties really distract from the look, and it was just normal Q makeup, so was quite strange disconnect between the outfit and makeup/head

Tbh the Toilet challenge it shoulve been a Morphine and Q bottom 2 bc if the Winners won in teams then the Bottoms and safe's should also be judged in teams and overall i think Dawn and Nymphia were better in the challenge and runway than Morphine and Q
I also think Q in the design challenge shouldve been in the bottom because her idea was absolutely not giving family resemblance at all it was just giving clowns in a circus which i hated
