The leftmost lane is the breakdown lane and NOT an express lane. Its there in case your care has a problem and you can pull over to stop there in case of emergency. It shouldn't be used as a travel lane.

I think people should know about NEHURU OUTER RING ROAD ,then may be peole will know that even one longest express way is there in india although its a ring road but a longest in india with 8 to 10 lane with 300 km long.

I think Purvanchal Expressway has better driving experience than Yamuna and Agra-lucknow expressway. Purvanchal is very smooth.
