Awesome video and great info! I actually started doing this a month ago and I also have lost almost 30 pounds! This works big time for sure! I've also been exercising quite a bit as well. I went from 225lbs currently 196! I feel so much better and it has become a part of my lifestyle and I truly have not been eating like I used to. I rarely get any carb cravings and I am doing 3-5 day fasts right now. It's been amazing! I have 30 pounds yet to lose so I hope that it keeps working for me!
You get to a point where you remember why you felt the way carbs and sugar make you feel and its not worth it for me anymore. To wake up with joint pain brain fog, bloating and overall general meh. I wouldn't say its not still a weakness of temptation but its definitely not on my mind all day. Craving McDonalds, chips or anything sweet is a distant memory. I don't feel like I'm suffering any cravings not in a desperate way at least. Short story is give yourself three days..You can say no to yourself for three days right? Pray for help if you feel worried about it..can't go wrong there.
@@JackKingFisher Fun fact. Last night I almost gave in to massive carb cravings. Even made a bowl of cereal. But I didn’t want to lose the gains I had gotten so far so I gave it to my dog. Was down an extra pound this morning.😂. Stay strong, king.
Thank you for sharing! Everything you mentioned is valuable information. The only thing I don't do in my keto diet is eat beans. Most beans have 8g of carbs per 1 tbsp. I try to stay around 20-30g of carbs per day. I have found OMAD to be effective in improving my mental clarity, but often I find myself craving food around 9-10pm. Because of this (like you said), I think it is wise to prioritize sleep and it would be beneficial for me to sleep around 9-10pm when I start craving food.
@@Rynriley I know. I work swing. Get off at 10. Cant sleep. HAVE to stay OUT of the kitchen. Need clean counters also. Don’t let me see dirty ice cream bowls or pizza boxes. OUT, I Say. OUT!!
I keep a bottle of water with me all the time and when I hit the same time you do, I have the same issue, I drink the water. Eventually, you fall asleep and your'e good to go again.
@@MBussin True but I believe you need to break down to build up plus this “plan” is only for a month or two or til your goal weight. I am now in leanness training with exercise and resistance. Its a first part of a process. And a good therapy for relapses. Most people need to lose lots of fat and with that will go some muscle. Thats when you build back. Good comment.
@@NewAccountWhoDis You got it. I also pass on fruit and beans. Not only are they carb but they open the sweet/carb door I sometimes NEED to keep closed. 😊
@@rockybarrano33 A variation of this, yes. My plan is to get to goal weight, weigh myself every morning. If I go up over 8 pounds, keto or carnivore or ketovore or fast til back to goal weight. Wash, rinse, repeat. 😊😉
I have no words right now other than you're awesome and I thank God that I found this video today! Keep doing what you are doing! God bless!

Great video! You just motivated me to keep on fasting. I've been doing it once every few days but I'll stick to it now. Thanks for your help!

This will cause muscle loss. Make sure to resistance train and eat lots of protein to minimize.

Fantastic!
Beans and all fruits aren't keto and can knock you out of it. I'd say you're low carb with fasting/OMAD.

@Nomad7461 I feel that! I've been good for three weeks lol knock on wood! 🤭🤣
Is it sustainable…will you be doing this next year..?? Well done btw…👏👏
