Tobacco & Tonka Bean is one of my absolute favorite scents. What a great cheapie. I love the plum note mixed with tonka bean and tobacco, even though I don't pick up a ton of tobacco. Performance isn't great, but it remains a skin scent on me for a long time.
i think about to buy the Dark Cherry and Amber, because in Germany no one know about the brands Banana Republik, Michael Kors for Men the fragrances, guess, Salvatore Ferragamo and Guerlain, rochas, and Roberto Cavalli is some of the unknown fragrance brands in Germany btw.
I wasn't going to keep Gardenia & Cardamom because it leans much more feminine - but I just layered it with Tommy Bahama St. Barts and it smells like a hawiian vacation.
I just picked a Banana Republic Cordovan Vintage and it is an EDP and not the same as the original Cordovan, have you heard of this Flanker the original was an EDT
I have the dark Cherry and amber and tobacco and tonka which I really really like. Dark Cherry is good but I don’t feel that it has the longevity of the tobacco and tonka.
Tobacco & Tonka Bean vs. PDM Herod Dark Cherry & Amber vs Tom Ford Lost Cherry How do these smell in comparison (since TF and PDM don't perform so good for the price)
I have both Tabacco & Tonka and Herod - They aren't similar at all. Both are good, but aren't comparable to each other. Tom Ford Lost cherry is a brighter Cherry. It's very good, but more on the feminine side. Dark cherry is just that, dark cherry - more of a syrupy cherry. Again, both good, but both very different from each other.
@@eDuB1980s First thing I thought when I bought and smelled and wore Tonka bean tobbaco- PDM Herod..:-)..lol how can you say they are totally different ?? They arent the same, sure, but not that indifferent. And the fact I dished out $ 400 for Herod is just pissing me off.highway robbery. You can find Tobacco tonka bean under $ 20 in Burlington
is it just me or is tonka and tobacco super sweet? i like the dry down with the vanilla, Tonka, and tobacco but the opening is incredibly sweet, super fruity. it hurts my nose.
Tabac & tonka is putrid. Was such a let down. Smelled like Fabreeze made a tabac tonka bathroom spray. Unbelievably bad & cheap smelling. Soooooo bad. Sweet tabac scents are my abs favorite scents. This was repulsive. I have it to the cashier after sitting in my car & unboxing.
Tobacco and Tonka Bean has no business being that good for 20 bux. One if my favorite blind buys this year.

I have tobacco & tonka, it is a gorgeous scents and lasts forever on my skin . It is sweet and warm . I feel like I have to buy the cherry also

Dark Cherry and Amber smells like a BR540 lotion/body cream but made into a fragrance

Purple bottle- Tobbaco and Tonka Bean lasts about six hours and the sillage is medium
