Hey Spencer, been watching your vids a couple weeks now and thinking of starting my own business like you. Would you recommend this career field to someone that doesn’t live in the pacific north west where we don’t get as nearly as dirty roofs or moss? Such as the Midwest. Charging 300 wouldn’t make sense here without soft washing.. there’s black streaks on old roofs around here sure but they seem few and far between. Obviously I’m worried about marketability. Just curious on your thoughts, thanks!

What are your recommended ladder sizes for cleaning gutters? I have a 24 ft extension ladder. But I’m curious if I should also purchase a 28ft / 32 ft. I also plan on buying a 12.5 ft telescopic or a 17 ft Little Giant.
Use the 24 for as long as you can, only knock houses you can “reach”, and as soon as you got enough for the 28, buy that. My advice anyway. Might as well just re-invest to at least have every tool you could possibly need for this specific job. Get all the ladders lol!
Personally I’ve done very tall tall mansions with my 22 ft ladder do some jobs and you’ll probably realize you don’t need the 32 ft unless your getting commercial buildings malls busniess ect ect

Hey Spencer am new to your channel and I like your videos and have some questions if you kindly reply would be nice,number 1 how long you have been doing this is it hard to start up much money would be needed,second whats that white powder you spraying on the shingles do you wash it off after or leave it on till rain rinse it off and is it safe for the gardens trees bushes etc, thanks for your feet back. Thank you! I’ve been doing this 3 almost 4 years, pretty easy to get started you can start making money almost immediately. I use a mix of laundry detergent and zinc but working on a new product now as we speak
