Mike was the founder of “Cadillac Moon” their song was featured in the movie: The Devil’s Advocate” with Keanu Reeves, Al Pacino - Show me your Tattoo ! Diane Lotny was in Dr. John’s band, Mark Mancini is in The Joni Project” just to name a few
Great song and lyrics! Really enjoyed the performance. The band is tight, solid vocals and just a fun listen. Good luck with the contest and hope to see you around!
After listening to this 3 times (because I had fresh bread w/honey, so couldn't type) I would say this would most definitely fit NPR. Might I suggest, to regionaly broadenly your base: Sweetwater Sound, Fort Wayne Indiana. Garden and Gun Magazine's Back Porch sessions Tallahassee FL in general. The area between FSU and FAMU, centered on the old Amtrak station. Both Universities School of Music. Also The Moon. Can't recommend the Moon better than that Emmylou Harris started the Nash Ramblers tour there. I got to see the third show that night. Happened to be in Seattle months later. Found out she was in town, sold out of course. My brother couldn't believe I could get into a sold out show. Ended up with 2 tickets, regular price. My brother than decided he needed to park the pu. Old boy that sold me the tickets says "you 2 seem nice, we've been saving 2 seats up front" Seats directly under the microphone, full moon behind, on a dock in Seattle. Memorable.
@@koshomannheim you can give it a thumbs up and share that would be great (also please subscribe) the NPR contest is strictly handled by their judges, but I’ll assume a highly viewed video with likes, comments and shares can’t hurt - check out Mike’s music on Spotify - more uplifting songs there!
Some wonderful talent in this band

@markmancini8510 enjoyed your playing. Time to listen again.
Very uplifting song and performance, just what my soul needed, thank you! Love the sound of the tight drums, too. Where can I vote for the song?
