U can also do that sink method with merging items on a pressure plate. Just be sure not to step on it or activate it, u will notic it looks completely flat on top of the pressure plate for the sink to work. So u can do it in shelters also
@@AnJetCat Auto-triggered as in have it re-arm without doing anything? No, you have to manually re-arm it. You can also re-arm it using the computer console but it is not the best method for the reasons explained in the video.
What settlment UI mod is being used? That is amazing.LOL never mind, I completely missed that this was for fallout 76. Amazing how much 76 looks like a modded fallout 4.
I dont know if this is possible, but i want to tripwire a door. people keep opening my "secret painting door" and leaving it open. i have a zero level lock on it (so they become wanted). BUT, i want to put a flamer trap behind it, so it fires when they open the painting door.
A door opening won't trigger a tripwire but you could still use one. It would just need to be on the other side of the door frame. It's not super likely you would be able to kill someone this way unless you had a method of trapping them in the room, otherwise it's quite likely they'll just run out once the flames start.
I was trying to use the trip wire as an auto turn lights on and off as you go in the room. But don't wanna have to reset every walk through. How would I do that?
I'm assuming it was your thread I seen on Reddit last night, can you put the 4 states of the tripwire from the thread here or in the description? I still find this stupid thing so complicated and seeing it written out will help me and likely others. Thanks.
Yo I can teach you some crazy tips on building a camp under ground and on top, to make some crazy combos, also building kinda like 2 camps that intersect each other on seprate spring boards. Basicly I made a crazy super duper trap
Thanks for posting this man, people definitely need to know about it! Kazamati schooled me a ways back and it made a huge difference.

Very useful video! Thank you!
Is there a way to re-arm the laser after it triggered? like a button or something?
Yes, that's covered in the video, you can manually click on the tripwire.
@@aswiftkickinthejunk But It can't be auto re-triggered, right?
Tried alot of method, looks like it's still bugged.

Thanks I think I know how to use it now.

There's no way to do it unfortunately, the tripwire doesn't have any kind of auto-reset function. Would be better to use a switch for that.
Where do you buy the plan for the tripwiress?
Thank you kind sir.

It wasn't my thread but I was commenting on a thread about tripwires. That's a good idea, I'll add them to the description!
Awesome video!
Helpful.
The foundation merge with the laser was patched sadly
Oh interesting... which one? The drop merge or the snapping one?
@@aswiftkickinthejunk the snapping one I think
