So...this is my first AU video ever.
I've been wanting to do that, but the only plot for these two that kept coming in my mind was painful.
I finally did it anyway...and guess what? it was fucking painful.
The plot is quite easy, you'll surely figure it out while watching, but i'll write anyway.
Show: Supergirl (+The Family and Grey's Anatomy)
Characters: Alex Danvers and Maggie Sawyer (Sanvers)
Song: Already Gone by Sleeping At Last
Coloring: wildestdreams;
Plot: After a long day at work, Alex goes at the bar to hang out with Maggie. She was supposed to work all night but luckily she has finished earlier, so she can go surprise her beautiful girlfriend and spend some time with her.
But by the time she gets there...she finds out that Maggie is the one surprising her. In a very bad way. Alex finds Maggie kissing another girl. So she runs away, shocked and in pain.
Maggie goes to Alex's, trying to apologize and saying how sorry she is and how important Alex is to her but there's really nothing she can do to make Alex forgive her.

Absolutely loved it, even though it's heartbreaking. I smiled like a fool when I heard Lexie's I love you because I love this scene. You did such a great job with the voice over!
Leksa Heda thank you very, veeery much, it really means a lot. i cried like one hundred times with that Lexie's voice thing, it brought me so many memories of Mark and Lexie. And putting it on a Sanvers fight was really heartbreaking
This while completely heart-wrenching was amazing. You have mad skills. Never stop editing. And I get it you want happy but you vid where the muse is.

Hahaha I was just messing with ya (and i had to put a Sanvers quote in it) ;P but it really did hurt tho.. and YAAASSS I just watched it it's AMAZING:)
Alex_gay_Danvers haha i figured that out but i like messing around and i like when someone uses Sanvers quotes ;p and trust me, i know this hurts, i cried a million times while editing this and i regret it as soon as i started it.

this is a really amazing edit. it made me cry. not much makes me cry so well done you get an award. the way you put the voiceover in was awesome but i just hope this doesnt happen in the programme because i think i will just go and lock myself away in a dark room for the rest of my life

For reference: Alex Danvers makes an ideal rendition of a prodigal child in regard to this kind of relationship... led by her heart into dumb stuff such as fornicating. Oh, not simply "dumb stuff" either, but outright sinful conduct that hurts everyone whoever engages in it.
Maggie's it's so good so emotional we believe her feelings i just cannot stop crying
Could you maybe make a sequel AU video to this? Where it's a slow burn but Alex eventually forgives Maggie. As heartbreaking as this is it is a good and creative plot.
I can try for sure! Actually, thank you for the suggestion. I stopped making sanvers edits after 3x05 cause i wasn't inspired anymore, but this could work! So thank you 😊

Considering the emotional pain she was put into by her girlfriend cheating, she probably would've gone absolutely nuts on her and beat her for going with another woman and cheating on her- especially if they're "going steady" in the scenario you've posed to us.
If Maggie ever was to cheat on Alex I would cry for Alex because she's my favorite character. But I know Maggie would not do that to her because she loves her. And if she was to cheat on her this is definitely how I would imagine it but with a different girl then that girl of course.
Viqueen Zamot yes, i agree, i'm sure Maggie would never do that. i trust her and i believe she loves Alex deeply and she really found the love of her life with Alex.
(and honestly i'd prefer another girl too, but those were the only scenes with Flo and another girl 😂 but i'm sure we won't need another girl or anyone else on the show 🙂)

Lynette Little i'm so sorry, i know i haven't chosen a good story at all...i cried way more than once while making this. And trust me, i truly love them and i hope this will never happen on the show.

Didn't like the plot sorry. I have no idea why Sanvers fans are making videos of cheating, I myself would like it to remain a true healthy relationship to show that LGBT have them. Every show makes us out to be unfaithful or back stabbing. The one thing I love about this couple is they show that we do have healthy loving relationships.
i'm in the LGBT community too, i'm in a relationship with a girl and i know perfectly that many tv shows don't portray how it really works in real life. I know that we're not all cheaters and I know we have healthy relationships just like any other couple...because we are like any other couple.
I didn't mean to make anyone upset. As written in the description, this is my first au edit (i'm new in the whole video editing thing too) ever, i was trying something new and this was the only plot that came to my mind that maybe i could really be able to do. And i said I don't like it.
I know Sanvers is one of the very few lgbt couples in a true and healthy relationship and i want them to be this way. I need it. Because I, myself, know that healthy relationship are real in the lgbt community.

Plus, i had seen so many videos with one of them dying that i just wanted to keep them alive at any cost.
MsRiot exactly I'm gay, my aunt has been with her wife for 57 yrs. They are what held me together in a time when coming out was not so easy. The 80s they looked at us like we had the plague. She took me to my first gay bar. Ellen Degeneres was the first person I saw on tv that was like me. So to now have sanvers and not having them killed off or cheating on each other, or even the typical crazy gay in the plot is really nice. The edit it self is awesome you did great for your first video. I'm just not into the same ol same ol the lesbian cheats, is crazy or dies plots.
SteLenaFoster i know exactly what you mean, the representation we have on tv is not the best at all and we deserve better. We deserve more couples that show how it really works, that we are all the same and we can have serious, real, deep relationships, just like straight people.
Right now i'm grateful we have them and i hope the best for them/for our representation.

Christine Steward-Brown no no no, this is just an AU video, so it is invented. i made the plot (horrible plot, i know) and i used the real clips from supergirl and the family and the real audios from supergirl and grey's anatomy...i just put them in a way that matched the plot i imagined. they're still together and i hope this will never happen and they keep being together
