So many nice planes are decommissioned these days. I loved the Fokker 70 which once was built not very far from where I live (which is in Holland).
The F70s are lovely little aircraft. I only got to fly on one for the first time in January and it was a brilliant experience!

I was frustrated that it was just another boring RJ100, but then after flying it again I realised how much I am going to miss this aircraft! Lovely aircraft to fly on, and Swiss' RJ100s are in beautiful condition and very spacious.
I remember when BA had a fleet of these, they're so quite. Weren't they referee to as whisper jets?

rj100 is the same as the 146 right ?
Pretty much. The RJ is the evolution of the 146, with updated avionics.

I have to agree, I love the 146 and the Avros, my favourite aircraft since I got into aviation 20 years ago! They are such lovely little planes.
