According to the Nitro book, Jamie Kellner claimed Fusient tried pushing for a clause where they would still control the TV timeslots even if WCW closed so Bischoff and them could air anything on them.
On a unrelated note, fuck Stu Snyder.
I know this guy from when he took over Cartoon Network in 2007 and made his own changes to the network that in some ways they're still reeling from.

OMG I didn’t look it up at the time but Stu name was familiar and you’ve mentioned it. Ugh Cartoon Network has been unbearable for so many years it’s wild. I remember at some point preferring it over Disney.

Didnt Vince/WWE get first opportunity to buy WCW because of the agreement the companies came to when WWE sued WCW over " Razor Ramon "?

Your comment about Nash / or what he commented on, shows how little he cared about the company and people he worked with.

Man, what a tear jerker 😢
WCW was my favorite wrestling show ever
I hate Stu Snyder, Jamie Kellner, Vince Russo (Shitstain), Hulk Hogan and his ego running wild
Seeing Eric Bischoff tear up after Kevin Nash praising him totally brought flashbacks to the good old days when WCW was kicking WWF ass for 83 straight weeks
Really cool that the Rock wanted to wrestle Sting but I prefer to have wrestlers from rival promotions wrestling in a neutral territory not sanctioned by WWE
I still watch WCW clips on RUclips not Peacock 🦚 because they butcher the reruns
I actually stopped watching wrestling after WCW was gone
Until a little company called TNA came along but that's for another story later 🖤🪦
