According to the Nitro book, Jamie Kellner claimed Fusient tried pushing for a clause where they would still control the TV timeslots even if WCW closed so Bischoff and them could air anything on them. On a unrelated note, fuck Stu Snyder. I know this guy from when he took over Cartoon Network in 2007 and made his own changes to the network that in some ways they're still reeling from.
