I like a mix of both. I really do like long videos because I can listen while I’m getting ready or cleaning. If it’s short I’m forced to find something else quickly which often ends up distracting me lol
Ooooh when you do the chicken gnocchi copycat soup you should definitely film it! 😍 I LOVE a long vlog from you but I agree that it skips over some details. I never mind rewatching the things you do daily, I actually think it’s so important for people on their health or wellness journey to see the consistency it takes and you show that so well! I would aboslutly love some videos about what you eat in a week - how you meet your macros, how do you even plan out food and how to not get bored with eating the same thing everyday when meal prepping!
i love both daily and weekly vlogs, but the longer the video, the better !! also, regarding whey protein potentially effecting your skin, you could try a vegan protein blend of rice and pea protein as this tends to be more skin safe for most people 🫶🏼

Morgan- for your pull up practice, you can also do negatives. They did more for me than the band honestly. You start above the bar and slowly lower yourself down. Over time you can play with the length of time you lower yourself down and even add weight by holding it between your legs!
Bring the bench over to the pull up area and stand on it as you set yourself up in the band for pull ups TIP: ALWAYS have hands on the band until your feet are inside and secure and immediately grab ahold of the bar ahead ;)

I’ve been taking Colostrum for about 10 months. I take the Armra brand. They do say not to put it in hot drinks because it neutralizes the benefits. I drink it with my creatine in the morning. I would say day-to-day I do not notice an effect. BUT I have not gotten sick at all since taking it (knock on wood). This is pretty big for me because I’m a teacher and at the start of the school year I usually get sick. Also, my boyfriend has had some pretty bad colds/flu during that time and I stayed healthy. For that benefit I continue taking it.

You can also put your knee on the band instead of your foot so the band won’t slip as easily
