Anyone else love how the village people call him “Lord hokage” and “Lord seventh” It just warms my heart realizing how hard Naruto actually has worked to achieve his goal and is being recognized for it :,)

@@PrincessTwilightdash Nope, that was kept a secret in order to protect Naruto from Minato's enemies, in fact the fact that Naruto was the host for Kurama was also supposed to be a secret but someone (I'm pretty sure someone said it was danzo, wouldn't be surprised as he wanted to use Naruto and Kurama as living weapons) leaked it secretly to some people and then it spread. In fact Naruto lived a pretty calm life for the first few years of his life from what I heard until the fact that he had Kurama inside of him became known to the adults of the village and then the hating towards him began.

@@PrincessTwilightdash If you mean through his childhood then yes at least most of that time he tried to get naruto to use his power so the seal keeping him in would weaken enough for him to break free, take over naruto's body and resumes his life as a living natural disaster, destroying anything in his path.
The more tails naruto got in his tailed beast state when he got surrounded by Kurama's chakra in the beginning showed that the seal was getting weaker and weaker, until the point when he got the fourth tail and turned in to mini version of Kurama, and the more tails he got the more like him he became, like with eight he practically was a furless Kurama.
Naruto has come a long way since the days when he was the weakest kid in the class
Remember when Naruto would sit alone on the swing and everyone called him a monster? To hear everyone calling him lord seventh and expressing their concern is so gratifying.
It’s also sad though because no one appreciated him until the realized they needed him.

We never saw it as it happened but there's a scene after naruto taking down pain and returning to the village that shows that the village basically slowly warmed up to him. It wasn't a dramatic increase in trust as soon as he saved the village as we think. It's not like he went from 0 to 100 in a day. They've slowly been accepting him as the series went on.
That smile at the end spoke so much . One of the best scene ever

The thing which makes this scene even better, is that all Boruto has seen of his father so far is the tired administrator that doesn't even have the power to be at his daughter's birthday, this is the first time Boruto really sees the true Naruto, the first time he understands why everyone reveres him as a hero and the moment he understands what it means to be Hokage.

He wasn't a bad father to Boruto, he just can't help the fact that he's always in the office overnight. He comes home early to be with his family when he can and there's a few episodes that shows him doing that. The village is bigger(the thing's a city now), his paperwork touches the fuckin ceiling fan, he has to constantly investigate some new shit, his job is just exhausting. Nothing Naruto does is acceptable for that spoiled motherfucker. Boruto wants to be around his dad so much he always avoids him, bad mouths him, and never swallows his pride to go up to the office and ask for help. Shit, Naruto took Boruto out to eat for some quality time and what does Boruto do? Act like he didn't even wanna be there. Boruto's a bitch plain and simple. It's just as much as boruto's fault for not being around Naruto as it is naruto's for always being at work. Naruto doesn't even know how to deal with him because Boruto bitch every chance he gets. People love to pin the responsibility all on Naruto like he's the main problem here, acting like Boruto doesn't have a mother. Nigga has a mother, father, Sasuke and hella friends. This was the moment Boruto finally got a good glimpse of who his dad was. Naruto has never been particularly great at explaining things, best way he communicates is by doing/showing. And that's what changed Boruto from this moment on.

0:39 at first I didn't get why they made a beast bomb, since nothing else happens after it's created, but then I remembered the fight vs Orochimaru when they made one and ate it, it made him too heavy to move and fight back. Essentially, Kurama ate it to make them too heavy to be pushed back by the one being thrown at them.
A very subtle, but genius move if you really think about it.

Man, I'm not really watching Boruto right now, but I can't help crying watching this.
We see Boruto remember his "Dad's chakra", realizing how Naruto protected and cared for him and Himawari as a father. But we, seeing Naruto's growth, see more than that. We see the the depth and reason why he would so willingly absorb and personally contain an attack he could easily obliterate. And us looking at him with/through Boruto, and the onlookers, also reminded us just how far Naruto has come and matured. The music just complements the scene well.

If she didn't doing anything, at least Naruto could have possibly been rescued, but because of her the Kyubi came out and essentially killed Naruto and if it escaped would have done even more damage to Konoha, she was lucky Minato came back from the dead for plot and saved Naruto.
And here, what was she hoping to achieve? She would have died and left 2 kids as orphans.

Okay but am I the only one who started crying when I saw Hinata start running to the arena? It shows how much she loves Naruto and wants to protect him. From a shy girl watching Naruto train from behind trees to a strong wife that was willing to risk her own life just to save him. I love Hinata so much, the onion ninja is after me though 😢

Naruto’s been ready to fight and sacrifice himself for others multiple times now, but this scene is especially touching because Boruto finally understands the struggles his father went through

The significance of this scene as we realize the young boy we grew up with has become a man he wished to be and is willing to die protecting people who once hated him, now adore him. Physically staggers me every time I see it.
It's his turn to die for everyone...he's willing to because that's what it's been leading up to like hiruzen chiyo asuma jiraya minato kushina nagato itachi neji before him.....he got to have his family his dream and saved his pal kept his promises and word and created his own ninja way and a safer world for everyone to get along post madara
It's funny how a priori this scene is relatively simple: a character with god-like powers uses them to do an impressive feat and protect his people. But this scene hits so much harder than that because we've seen this boy go start as an ostracized good-for-nothing, we saw him struggle again and again incredibly hard to become stronger, to strengten his resolve, all because he believed one day he would have this level of power. It makes it so much more emotional to see where he is now.

Hearing them yell seventh hokage, hearing their emotions, that made this scene so much better. Im hoping that now they a reason to allow himawari to manifest her byakugan, and sarada to have the second spiral on her sharringan. I would hope that would be traumatic(as sad as it is)so we can see the dojustu sisters in action later.

Light Yagami I meant to say she can't use it currently. If we can get her to get angry, or sad she could manifest it. But that is only if hiashi gets there, because there was a scene where hiashi told naruto to bring her if she has problems again with her eyes. I feel she could have been using it if hinata would do some little training exercises with her. I love hinata but, both naruto and hinata act blind that something bad could happen. This scene is a great example!
Actually Sarada unlocks 3 tomoe sharingan (she skipped 2 tomoe) according to Sasuke shinden after this arc and before the Mujina bandits arc. Girl is growing strong!

@HaremGodRance There were no explicit rules saying he couldn't use that chakra, plus that's his power as a jinchuriki. That's like saying Neji/Hinata shouldn't be allowed to use the byakugon, or Sasuke the sharingan. The whole point of the disqualification was that Boruto used something that required no skill to bolster his abilities, in a tournament designed to test one's OWN abilities. As a jinchuriki, the nine tails chakra is considered his OWN ability.

Such a powerful scene. One thing that gets me is that you can see the meaning in the different reactions on the faces of the onlookers. The ones who know what Naruto is about have a sad yet knowing look on their faces cause they know how he is and how he can go all out to protect everyone, they feel sad cause even though they love and respect him he is always having to bear most of the pain ALONE, cause they are unable to step in. The others eg kids and shinobi who did not see him do his thing in the war like Chojuro, have a look of awe on their faces cause you know they've never really seen him in his element. Briliant imo that the writers did this
